When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

By the way ...
... whilst I have your attention I also wanted to ask you about fire breathing. You have found it really helpful but I am getting really frustrated with myself as I am taking so long to get to grips with any of this.
I have just got my book and have been trying out the fire breathing. I have read and re-read the instructions and am not sure I understand this at all. I get when breathing through the nose and letting your belly fill up as my belly feels like it is just hanging there but when I breath out and contract the muscles it feels like I am just tightening all the muscles in my belly and I can't feel the hollow, narrow, pulled up feeling. I just feel like I am tightening up all the muscles and it makes my abdomen sore like I have just done some sit ups - but I certainly cannot feel the pelvic floor lifting.
I have tried the vacuum thing I have seen mentioned on this forum many times and that I can definately feel! I actually feel everything inside my vagina pull upwards - its feels like I am trying to suck air up there! Is this beneficial though?

I've not forgotten about you
I tried to contact you privately but couldn't, maybe you haven't yet turned on the contact link on your account?
In short, though, we finally managed to help my dd get past her chronic constipation and yeast infection symptoms. the dr kept saying she didn't have any evidence of infection, but she'd get all red and rashy and itch like there was no tomorrow.
dh and I convinced her that it was stress/anxiety related. we didn't believe that 100% ourselves, but we had to pretend we did so she would buy it. we figured we had nothing to lose, since nothing else was working.
and guess what? after a week or so she had a few days of normal bm's. then again, constipation. so instead of whipping out the fiber, I sat down with her and talked about what was bothering her at home, in school etc. next day, normal bm.
same with the vaginal symptoms. I told her its just her body telling her that something is on her mind and she needs to talk about it.
its been a couple of months and she's had NO constipation whatsoever and only one or two days of the itch thing.
now, I can't say that this will work for anyone else, only that I believe that in some cases, constipation can be psychological.

I've just updated my account
I've just updated my account so you should be able to contact me directly now.
I kind of think mine is psychological as I didn't have a problem until about 5-6 weeks ago. When I first realised I had a prolapse I thought oh I just get it fixed and that will be the end of it. But once I did my research and found this site I realised there was no "fix" for this and then the constipation started. It could just be coincidence but I am not sure. If it carries on too much longer I will have to pay another visit to the docs.
Thanks.
