When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

Hi fc12
Bit of a worry, eh?
Are the little balls near your perineum coming from the posterior or anterior wall? Put a finger in and have a feel. My cervix used to sit right near my perineum when it was at its lowest point. The vaginal wall was in front of it, with no sign of the cystocele (no room - uterus pushing it forward).
The smaller bulge, higher up, would probably be rectocele.
What happens when you change your posture from WW posture to your old posture?
What happens when you bear down slightly?
What comes down/out more?
What stays where it is?
What happens if you bend deeply from the hips, so your torso in inverted?
And what happens when you come up again?

When I look...
Mmmm...so, I've spent some time looking and feeling down there and it seems that the little balls are coming from the back and 'lip' of the vagina. One is definitely not related to the rectocele and the one of the back wall I don' think so either but I'm not as convinced. They both begin very close to the opening of the vagina, not the 'walls' per se.
But looking this closely makes me think that maybe I now have a uterine prolapse as well as I can kind of see a donut thing (but not sure). I guess what is hard is that nothing in there looks like the pictures I've seen in Christine's book and on the internet. There seem to be a few 'balls' of flesh or at least a lot of uneven flesh rather than smooth round bulges.
Not a lot happens when I bear down. I could see a bulge (which I now know is my rectocele) come down slightly but not my cystocele. The 'balls' I mentioned did not move at all -all very strange.
I feel very irritated around the perineum and opening of my vagina. No dragging or pressure but just burning/irritated/pinching sensation. I'm trying to work out whether I may have an infection. Not related to urinating - no problems there - but just around my vulva.
Sorry about the excessive information - I'm just trying hard to see what is going on and it's hard. Hard too, not to get discouraged about everything.
Thanks

When I look
Hwy FC12, don't worry about excessive information. It is a bit clearer now. As they don't do much when you bear down, it does seem that the little balls are nothing to do with the prolapse of uterus, rectum or bladder, but it may be related damage, or something else altogether.
It would probably be a good idea to get checked out by a doctor, one who has seen lots of vulvas! At least you know more about the behaviour of the little balls now. Are they symmetrically opposite sides of the vaginal entrance? Do they give you any pain, except for the irritation? The irritation may not be thrush, just simple chafing, so don't jump in to treating yourself unnecessarily. Some nappy rash cream or Vulva Balm might be helpful to get them to settle down. Try going without knickers if you can, so your knickers don't rub them.
Somebody else may chime in. I think I have heard of a similar thing on these Forums.
Cheers
