When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

RE: question about bladder prolapse
It might be worthwhile to find a doctor who supports you in your decisions. I have an article describing a study that found a correlation between HRT and either new-onset or a worsening of urinary incontinence. You just seem to be having so many issues and one has to wonder if the jelly-bean size dose of estrogen cream you're using each day is related somehow. What you're seeing may be your urethral opening.

RE: question about bladder prolapse
Hi Christine, I dont use that estrogen cream. When I read the side effects that was enough for me.If I use anything at all its herbal remedies. Do you think I need to see him about this or do you think this is something half way normal.( Try as I may I dont think I am too normal.)

Hi there...
I just wanted to let you know that I also had this, my urogyn said it was a skin tag (she called it "proud flesh") and she burned it away with some silver nitrate.

RE: question about bladder prolapse
Hi mermaidsd, Thank you for the info! You dont know what I have been thinking, or maybe you do. Was it like a nipple or my first thought was "why is there a blister there?" I have been having such good luck with wearing the fembrace I was surprised to feel this. Anyway thank you so much and any info you can give me I will sure appreciate. Thanks!

I also have a skin tag...got it after they sewed me up from tearing during birth. The doc said to leave it unless it causes pain (doesn't) because removing it could cause "new" pain.

Is yours on the bladder too? I never heard of skin tags on female organs but what do I know! Thank you so much for answering. I looked all over this forum and couldnt find anything close to this problem. It resembles a blister or my thought first was a nipple. It doesnt hurt me either.Just needed to know what it was. Again thanks so much!

No mine is at the opening of the vagina. What you describe sounds like the urethra maybe prolapsing????? I'm sorry I don't know.

RE: question about bladder prolapse
The skin tag was over the 'bulge' of my bladder. I'm not sure if it's related to the fact that I had been using estrogen cream to try to heal the fistula that I have but it seems very likely.
The doctor just put some silver nitrate on it, it burned slightly for a few hours and then it just sort of fell off the next day.
I hope you're able to find out what it is.
