When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

That's alot of blood
That's alot of blood. Not knowing how many times you bled like this and if the pessary was always worn concurrently with the bleeding, it's difficult to say. If it were me I'd probably ask the doctor if taking a watchful wait-and-see attitude for a few weeks would be appropriate.
Linda, I've been wanting to ask you (so hard to always stay on top of all responses!) if you've seen anyone trained as an advanced Rolfer. These people are doing amazing work with spinal curvatures. Check out www.rolf.org. :-)

Thanks Christine
It was not alot of blood, more like spotting. The pessary keeps falling down onto my cervix, pressing down hard. I think it injured the tissue and possible squeezed out old blood that is still inside. Anyhow, it was my idea for the ultrasound before I even got the pessary and he wanted to do the pessary first. This started in January-plenty of time for wait and see. Since I have been using the sponge, I have had no problems. Yes I have tried the Rolf method. I pretty much tried them all as I was/am suffering with Fibromyalgia for 20 years. Cranio Sacrel work helps the most-just need to find someone who accepts my insurance. I have decided to stop running to the Doctor every week and think more about what is not wrong with me. This is why I don't want the ultrasound anymore-I don't want to find out if something else is wrong! My plan is to check in here every week instead for awhile. I love all the info posted and everyone is so positive. It makes me smile. Thanks for this beautiful forum. Linda
