When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Wheels
Dear Angel,
Good luck with the course! If it were me, I would see if I could find some wheels that might attach to the bottom of your case. Maybe they make something with bungi cords that would slip over the case. Maybe a local hardware store might have a solution,or recommend someone who could attach a couple of wheels. I would also slide the case out of the car and tilt it to the ground. Basically, with a prolapse condition, I would want to minimize the lifting of the table and find a way to roll it.

Thank you. I was thinking
Thank you. I was thinking about getting it on wheels somehow. I will have to find a way to slide the case out of the car without scratching the bumber or damaging the bag. I don't want my prolapse getting worse. I don't have a lot of upperbdy strength so lifting it in and out of the car would be terrible for my trio of prolapses. Will have to come up with something because I really enjoy doing healings.

Table transport
Costco sells a massage table on wheels online. Or get a fold-up luggage trolley. I've seen collapsible ramps meant for older dogs to get into the back of trucks or SUVs. I bet one of those would be good. Check out one of those giant pet stores or do an online search. You could also arrange for the table to be close to the top of the trunk if you have a small car (like set it on top of some kind of crate), so that you can just slide it out rather than having to reach in an pull from the bottom. You'll figure out a way!
ETA: I just googled "dog ramp" and got a lot of great hits and some photos too!

bumper protectors, skids
I would suggest a heavy bumper protector which folds out of the boot/trunk, protecting the rubber seal and bumper, thus anchoring it inside the boot so it is always there when you need it. Another suggestion would be heavy, plastic skids down one side and on the corners, and wheels or rollers on another edge. You can turn it around from skid side to wheel side by balancing it on one corner. I would use all these helpers together. Each will enhance the helpful aspects of the others.
It might be easier to stand it verticallybehind the front passenger seat because it will be closer to the ground, so less cumbersome to remove safely.
So glad to see that you are engaging your brain to solve this problem. Most problems of this type are solvable in ways that are not harmful for POP. I have found that allowing myself plenty of loading and unloading time is my secret weapon, so I am not in a hurry, and can think my way deliberately through every load shifting task without taking quick, risky shortcuts.
There seems to be no way out of weight in massage tables because the size of its legs lend it the stability it needs while in use. You just have to think your way around the task. Best of luck and good progress with your course. I am very glad there will eventually be one more POP friendly masseuse out there in the world!

Hi, they sell these "as seen
Hi, they sell these "as seen on TV" in Walmart. You put the gadget under the table, and it shifts the weight in a way that you can easily move it yourself. Hope that helps.
