When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

biking
Hi LLL,
I just took my bike out for a long ride yesterday - the perfect antidote for long hours spent writing and researching. I love riding! On my bike, rather than having to stay bent forward to ride I can sit all the way upright with a full lumbar curve. This is what I was referring to and you'll want to try several brands to see which is best for you. My bike seat is wide with a hole in the middle, making it extremely comfortable. When going uphill I lean forward for more leverage - all the while my pelvic organs are protected from internal pressures against my lower belly (remember the pelvic outlet is behind, rather than underneath you).
I encourage all women to ride - the bicycle is one of humanity's best inventions and wonderful for female health.

P.S. My little granddaughter just turned five and is now too big for the child trailer highlighted in the bike movie. :( I'm keeping it anyway, as it's great for trips to the grocery store and farmer's market.

Bike crazy
I love my bike. But coincidentally it was a bike ride that made me realise I had a prolapse in the first place. I was on a dutch-style bike (Electra Amsterdam - is it okay to mention the brand?) so was sitting fully upright, but my posture must have been poor - I was slumping and lost my lumbar curve. As soon as I found this site and put the WW posture into action bike riding wasn't a problem at all.
I now have a different bike (Pilen - don't get me started on how much I love this bike) in which I lean forward just a little more, almost upright. Seems to be going just fine and I'm keeping my lumbar curve nicely. Need to break in the saddle a bit more though!! (Brooks leather saddle - one that eventually moulds to your bottom but takes a few miles to get there!).
Apologies if I wasn't supposed to mention brands :-/

mentioning brands
That's fine, Kiko. Personal experiences are great. They are very different from gratuitous self promotion or promotion of products for someone's commercial benefit.

I not only love my bike, I go
I not only love my bike, I go to spinning classes. At least they relieve the pain, and keep my ups and downs in check. It hurts like hell sometimes, but it is worth afterwards.
