When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

fembrace vs V2
I like the way the fembrace straps come over the hip bones and probably cinch up the perineum. The V2 does the same thing, but without the elasticized panty at the waist.
If I were trying to see if one of these would make the difference in avoiding surgery - I would run the experiment and order both!

Hi Daphne. Did you end up
Hi Daphne. Did you end up getting either of these products and if so, did they help you feel more secure? Just wondering for possible future reference.

Daphne, or anyone else that can help
Daphne and Petrified52, I just finished reading your posts on V2 supporter and Fembrace. I need something ASAP. My parts are hanging right out, more each day, it seems. I had a horrid surprise yesterday when I noticed blood in my panties so I checked with a mirror. It appears that there is a bloody tear??? or bloody scratch mark??? on whatever it is that is hanging out. A day before, I could not urinate during because of the huge bulge; I had constant urges but when I would bend to pee, it felt as if something hard was being rubbed as the parts were moving back in during the bend. So when I noticed the blood, the tear (or whatever), I thought of my friend who had a blister due to prolapse hanging in her panties. If it were a blister in my case, would it also bleed? (It was not a lot of blood, just a few drops at different times.)
I have been searching online for a place to order V2 supporter in Canada but so far I am not successful. I found a place in the U.S. (Egan) but they are in the process of moving & expanding according to the recorded call and it is impossible to get a human. The email is not being answered either.
Daphne, if you did buy both supports, could you please share with me which you prefer and could you let me know where you bought the V2? I did find a place in Canada for the Fembrace last night so I plan to phone today when the place opens.
If anyone else is reading this and can help, or had a similar experience, I would appreciate it very much.
I read a few posts today about ladies getting pessaries. If you are new at this, and have recently had one put in, for your own sake, remember not to do heavy lifting or you may damage your insides like I did. I have been without one for over a half year due to the damage the huge ring pessary did.
I also have a question regarding doing Christine's exercises and firebreathing. Should I stop until my bleeding problem stops and the tear or whatever it is repairs itself?
Thanks to anyone who can help me out.
