Hi, Blue! I'm also in Michigan - Grand Rapids, actually. Sounds like you are nearby? I'd love to get together with you and/or others nearby who have this same problem so we can talk, walk/exercise together. I have 1 baby (14 mos old) and found out that I had a cystocele while I was recovering from the delivery. Still dealing with it, and feel isolated - no one I know (family, friends) have even heard of this.

Please let me know if you would like to or are able to get together!

Lovely to hear from other people, and at the moment envying all of you who live in sunny climes. My part of Wales gets all the rain from the Atlantic, often it is grey. However a sunny day lifts my spirits, as does all the fellowship of ladies helping one another out....thank you all

Hi Everyone, I was glad to see this thread because I wanted to know where everybody was from also. I would love it if there was someone in my State which is Kentucky. So far I have not heard of anyone. Maybe I'm the only lone soul. Maybe not!! I feel connected to all of you because I can share with you and receive advice and knowledge. I know you will understand where I'm coming from. The only people here that I know already have had surgery or are not really interested. So I consider you my Support Family. Hi everyone......so nice to see where we live. I live in Owen Sound Ontario Canada on Georgian Bay. I too am very grateful for all the info on this site thanks to Christine et all. Wow so many from 'down under'. I have been using the posture most consistantly for the past 3 months as well as trying to get my problem of constipation under control. Have recently started on Natural Calm which is working!!!! I use a tampon most days to help KEEP CELES IN Place but also hope to not have to do this as I become stonger. I attend aqua fit 3-4 times weeking and do the DVD exercises 2-3 times weekly as well. When I am not constipated my symptoms are much less bothersome that is I do not get the STRANGE feeling down there. I would love to know if there are any others living nearbyand perhaps meet up if possible.
