results!

Body:

It's only been a few weeks since I"ve been practicing the posture and the exercises from Saving the Whole Woman. The past few days i've noticed some improvement! I begin the morning by doing vaginal massage with castor oil to help soften the internal scar tissue from my hysterectomy and to keep my tissues there pliant and soft since having gone into early menopause. I noticed the past two days that things feel more lifted inside. The bulges are not so intense and I'm starting to have an easier time with BM's. Also the intense pain seems to be lessening. Additionally, the bulge in the back of my rectum near my sacrum has reduced. I'm still not having normal BM's but I'm so grateful for the small changes that seem to indicate that the posture is working. Thank you Christine! Thank you women! Thank you Me. Thank you God/Goddess/Source/Being/Universe/LOVE! I know from my experience wtih healing that this may come and go and get better and then symptoms may return for awhile. So I am prepared for all that. Overall though something is happening. A lifting. Also I've been imagining that my uterus and cervix are there, holding things in place and lifting. And when I imagine this, I can feel my muscles responding and a lifting sensation happening. I'm so happy!

This is such wonderful news, Spiritwoman, and the feedback you provide is invaluable.

Whole Woman posture is healthy for every woman, but there are reasons why women who have had hysterectomies might not get the same results. The uterus and attached ligaments are extremely important to organ support. That being said, Christine has actively sought feedback from those women who have been willing and able to dedicate themselves to trying the posture. The more feedback we can get from you and women like you, the better we can help others. We can say with greater confidence, that WW can help women even if there is no longer a uterus, because the other organs can still be helped towards the front of the body and away from the pelvic outlet. They simply lack the extra help they would get from the uterus in order to do this.

Even those of us with all our organs still recognize that attitude and effort play hugely into our ability to manage the symptoms that we have, and get on with our lives without fear standing in our way. You, Spiritwoman, are a shining example of this. Thank you SOOOOOO much for this post. - Surviving
