When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Yes silverfox, stress and
Yes silverfox, stress as well as weight loss can cause the uterus to prolapse more. Have you tried jiggling and firebreathing several times a day? That helps me, especially on stressful days. Some women with more profound prolapse will even use a v2 supporter or a fembrace to help hold things in while they get sorted back on track or just starting out to build more confidence.
I really like Christine's DVDs. They have helped me tremendously in getting my body in whole woman posture.
So sorry about your husband. I wish you both well.

Thanks for Aging gracefully's suggestion to me, I am one of the women wearing both. I have one Fembrace and two V2 supporters and what a difference! I cannot thank Aging enough! I can now relax my belly and bottom without worrying the bladder and uterus will drop completely out while maintaining WW posture. Like you, I would tuck my organ(s) in while at home.
It took me a while to find a place to buy the V2 supporter. If you live in the U.S. you are fortunate because it cost me 2 and 1/2 times the price for one. If you can afford both, I would suggest both. I wear a size small V2 in the morning and a size medium in the afternoon; I alternate with a fembrace. Should you decide to purchase, don't give up if you are in discomfort at first...it took me a week to figure out where to put the velcro tabs for comfort.
I wish you all the best; I know how it is to have severe prolapse.

Hi Silverfox - definitely
Hi Silverfox - definitely stress can be a factor here. But I'm also wondering, has your weight loss prompted you to wear tighter clothing? Skinny jeans and prolapse might not be a good combo. Christine describes in her book how tight jeans were literally squeezing her uterus out of her body - she cut them all up for potholders! Can you keep your belly relaxed and organs forward in your skinny jeans? - Surviving

V2 supporter?
Could somebody explain a bit more about V2 supporters and fembraces? I am finishing up four weeks up in a small town in the northern PA forest and going back to the Washington, DC area. Velcro tabs? I don't care how much it costs just to be able to walk around without finding something to sit on to wiggle my uterus back up inside to continue walking! Soon I will be searching for a brand new gynecologist who will be "prolapse friendly, positive, and non-surgical in outlook!" If it weren't for Christine Kent's warnings, I'd have been headed for surgery just to end the irritation. Any additional information on where or how to order will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi, Silverfox46
Osmari has a nice reply post in another thread on the V2 and Fembrace. Just type her name in the Search Box above and then go to the thread titled: A Little Reassurance. She has a couple of handy tricks and also lists a couple of places to buy from. Hope this helps!
