Body:

I have been doing the posture and other things for over a year now with much improvement. A few months ago I noticed a familiar slight tingling sensation in my bladder, but didn't think much of it. Finally it started to annoy me. A few days ago, without really thinking about it i got into the forum again and remembered, oh ya, posture! After ONE DAY of revising my posture that annoying little bladder tingling sensation is gone! I didn't even realize I had forgotten to really try to remain in posture! And let me tell ya, it definitely does not feel natural when you have been practicing another posture your whole life, but the dull ache I feel in my back muscles and in my spine I can tell is good, and its my body saying, "Good posture, where have you been all my life??"! Thanks to everyone here, and good luck!

Bravo, Oceangirl...the bladder doesn't like to be crunched! The posture resolves so very many ills. Thanks for keeping the faith! :)

Great post! I have said many times on this forum that I was into my second year of this work when my body finally started "remembering" the posture on its own. That is so important to know, not only for newbies, but for those like yourself who have been doing this for some time but find that they are still forgetting. It always comes back to posture! Thanks for the update and for the encouragement this post provides to others. - Surviving
