Added bump

Body:

Okay, I way over did any rational WW behavior for the past 10 days. I had been doing fine with the WW exercises ...religiously, then went away for for a week. Raking, weeding, spreading weed killer pulling weeds etc without abandon. Now things are worse than before. I am sure I can work my way back to "normal" but I seem to have a bump on my bump. I don't look at what is happening down below but there was some spotting. When I checked, there was a sizable bulgy bubble on my prolapse bump. I was also wearing fitted jeans and scooting is my bottom while pulling weeds. No more blood, but am afraid to check on the "bubble". Am wondering if I irritated myself and it will go away. No pain, but if I think about it enough I my feel something. Anyone else abuse the self this way--SO stupid. Does it go away so I can have my ol' prolapse back? Quite worried. Thank you for any advice!

Hi hmm...I think that setbacks are an important part of this work. They teach us that posture must be infused into every aspect of our daily life. I myself was sort of dabbling in it for awhile, until something (can't remember exactly what) made me wake up. And recovering from setbacks is what starts to teach you that you have a degree of control.

It isn't enough just to do the exercises. You have to do them in excellent WW posture and then you have to keep to that excellent WW posture for the rest of your day, too. It is possible to do yardwork in posture, though you may have to make a few adjustments. The bubble might be a blister of some kind.

The exercises strengthen you in all the right ways so that you can learn to stay in posture without effort. Staying in posture without effort is what stabilizes prolapse. - Surviving
