WW Book-Question

Body:

Dear Ladies in the "Saving the Whole Women" book at page 82 it is written that:

"The long Y axis from pubic bone to tailbone is the focus of Kegels"...."...women begin stabilizing and reversing the symptoms when they learn that the pelvic outlet has another dimension.(The X axis...)."
"...(X axis muscle) does not contract on its own, but follows the movement of the sides of the pubic bone it is attached to"

As I understand we should strengthen the this X muscles. But I don't know which movements are good to strenghten them.

Could anyone help me in this issue? Budahazya

Whole Woman posture is what strengthen these muscles. And all the exercises that support the posture. Christine gives us a lot of technical information, but it all boils down to one thing. - Surviving
