Uterine prolapse worse in hot weather

Body:

Hi would just like to add after my ladt post about pain in my cervix, that i thought was connected to fibroids.i have noticed my uterine prolpase seems to swell up in hot weather and is more painful.would like to know if anyone else has suffered from this. I am 57 years old and not had a period for 4 years i always thought the womb shrank at menapause.

Hi trumper,
I can't say I have noticed any significant swelling of my uterus in hot weather. The only time I have real problems is in the middle to end of my periods, then there is swelling and bulging for me. Guess I am not that much help here, but I have noticed that by taking the inflammatory and estrogen laden foods out of my diet, I have been getting a lot less inflammation in my body in general.
Hope you find some answers or someone else comes on that can be more helpful.

Can I ask what are inflammatory foods as I need to cut them out as well after having issues with cervix cells so would like some ideas on what food they are?

You can actually google it and get list of inflamatory foods, but the biggest ones I cut out or extremely cut down on were any processed foods, sugar, meat, and dairy. I also cut way down on alcohol and caffeine which I think can cause some inflammation also, but that's not the reason I cut down on those.

The biggest culprits for me though was the processed junk, sugar, and dairy. I still have a little sugar now and then, but feel a whole lot better without out it most of the time. And if you read the labeling on products, it's in everything we eat now!

Yeah I am have been a little addicted to sugar since having babies and being tired! It's so addictive as well :) I will try and cut more out and I know it's in everything now!!! Thanks for help

That's my downfall as well. I strive to do what AG has done....... - Surviving
