When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Your doctor will mostly likely tell to have surgery, kegels, or do nothing. Surgery is definelty not the solution for prolapse and kegels don't do anything , but with Whole Woman posture and practices, you can learn to manage your prolapse quite well.
It would be very beneficial for you to do some reading from this site before you go to the doctor. go to the tool bar above and find out about Christine's wonderful work in prolapse management. Finding this site was the best thing I have done for myself and my prolapse.

Well, that's the problem.
Well, that's the problem. All gyns think that prolapse is a gynecological condition. It isn't, until they turn it into one with their misguided surgical "fixes". Grammimi, by now you've had your appointment and I hope you went in there armed with some good information from this site. - Surviving

yes Surviving.. it wasn't until I convinced my gyno that the operation had failed (he didn't believe me the first time I told him) and I went home confused only to go back again with a photo on my phone that I took to show him what was going on.. that he said 'well prolapse isn't a medical problem' and sent me on my way leaving me stranded and devastated ... I hope your day went ok grammimi

Peacelilly - are you saying that the same doctor who was happy to perform surgery on you, now dismisses your concerns saying it is not a medical problem? I hope everyone considering repair surgery reads this and takes it to heart! - Surviving

Yes that is what he said.. I had such terrible pain after the surgery,, even an emotional breakdown in the ward a couple of days after which was pretty much ignored.. I was wailing in pain... so I suffered through it and came home with ibuprofen and just beared the pain.. then not long after maybe 1 to 2 weeks I went back to say it hadn't worked and he examined me and said it was fine.. so like I said I went home confused then decided to take a photo with my phone and go back again to show him... and that was his response.. well it is not a medical problem... to which I had no words.. just shock and I left and went home to deal with my anger and come to terms with being damaged and uncared for...this was about 8 years ago which now seems like a blur... so just been struggling along... so happy to have found this site.. thankyou for letting me put this down here I would normally keep it to myself but this seems appropriate... so practicing ww posture which in itself is such a benefit as I was caving in thinking it would protect my body somehow.. am hoping to learn where my organs can regain their correct positioning so I can familiarise myself with it.. doing firebreathing and on some days the exercises I have...

Has anyone mowed with this problem. I need to mow today but not should if I should or not. Sitting in the right position helps, but not sure if the bouncing around will do me any good. Any thoughts anyone.

I personally only mow if i can easily push the mower and stay in WW. if the grass is super long / tough, i ask someone to do it for me. I'm rather cautious….
i just noticed you have a ride on lawn mower. no idea! but i know that when i first got my pop even speed bumps didn't feel great…so listen to your body. now that i am stronger and confident in WW, i can do / withstand a lot more!

I think if you can sit in WW
I think if you can sit in WW posture, you are fine.....the bouncing can actually be beneficial in the same manner as jumping is actually good for you IF your posture is excellent. If you are sitting in correct posture, your organs are pinned over the pubic bones. Now on the other hand, if your mower does not let you sit in WW posture, that's a different story. I have never sat on a riding lawn mower in my life. - Surviving
