When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

herbal solution
Well, we were talking about doctors of old prescribing preparations to shrink the vaginal walls. I also stated that I personally don’t know what to suggest in that regard. I occasionally use “Herbistat” to help balance vaginal pH. Sorry not to be more help!
Mouchoir, there are so many names and “voices” out there, but so far I’ve been able to keep most of them straight. I’m thinking you were the woman from Canada with health problems and matters of the heart you were thinking of going to California to mend. If I’m remembering correctly, how are you doing?

Hi Christine. Thanks for the
Hi Christine. Thanks for the reply. I've never posted my prolapse 'story' but have been browsing the forum for a year. I've never felt ready but maybe it's time: I'm 31, living in Ireland, with a 13 month old gorgeous baby girl. I developed a prolapse within weeks of her birth - cervix about an inch outside. It to-ed and fro-ed for a few weeks, disappeared within 6 but came back again when I went for a walk in silly shoes 3 months post-partum and has stayed ever since. Obs/gyn tried 3 different doughnut pessaries, but none stayed in. I was pretty sure recently the front and back vaginal walls were prolapsing but I think they might have since stabilised. I've been attending a physio at the maternity clinic and was improving strength of pf muscles which helped with the 'dropping out' feeling but had to stop as the e-stim machine I used started making my leg twitch and could be felt in funny places. Found out a few weeks ago I'm now 6 weeks pregnant so that could have been why. Yikes! Delighted but scared. Things have felt pretty good since I found out and yesterday I walked for 30 mins in work shoes and felt no worse, a real first. For the last 8 months or so cervix is about an inch in the opening and lower when I sit on the loo etc. I found out recently on holidays (much to my delight) that I can have sex in positions other than gentle missionary and while I would get very sore the next day at the beginning, by the end of a week of practice I was feeling great. Now far too queasy to consider sex! I'm trying my best with the posture but although I 'get it' I'm not nearly consistent enough. So, that's me. Actually would love help with one thing: the thing that still makes me feel waaaaay worse is walking with the buggy. Espec up hill, or over grass even after just a few seconds. Thanks for the help I've received from reading this forum.
