When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Christine has done extensive work with D.R. and it is the subject of her latest dvd, Goddess Belly. I see that you were referred before to some of her comments on the subject and said that you did not find them helpful....?
She explains why pulling the muscles together in the front is the wrong approach, you need to use the WW posture principles to bring them together like a pair of elevator doors. She has a great new workout for this, but on the other hand, I am sure anything on FAFP would also be fine, since it's ALL ABOUT THE POSTURE. - Surviving

Dear Newmamaj,
Dear Newmamaj,
Whole Woman Posture is the foundation of Christine's holistic approach.
I am nearly 3 years into this work and whatever separation I had is being resolved to the point where my tummy button is tighter. I can barely fit my pinky finger in.
When I am standing in WWP the muscles of my abdomen form a strong wall with no other conscious effort on my part.
There are many other benefits of which I have written over time as they happen on the forum.
The mere act of walking in WWP will in time close those muscles. The exercise DVDs, including Christine's Goddess Belly will help this process more.
All the best,
Aussie Soul Sister

Here is another thread in
Here is another thread in which Christine talks indepth about diastasis recti:
https://wholewoman.com/forum/node/6024
Also, if you type it in the search box, you will come up with many threads on this subject, and it would be a good idea to get the goddess belly DVD, because Christine did a lot of research on diastasis recti. Well worth it.
Don't feel rushed to get this all done right away, because it really takes time and study, and working on posture daily. In time, you will start to see for yourself how much this work helps, just as we who have been doing it for any length of time have.

Thank you
Yes, I believe I read these posts but I'm glad you directed me to the one where Christine comments to sea turtle bc while I'm certain that I read it, my mind has been way off since all this cr-p started and I'm just not myself and remembering things that I read :'(
Today is an especially hard day. Yesterday was a little rough too so I'm gathering this is "my time of month" :( I'm still nursing and my cycle hasn't returned yet, but it seems some symptoms have: the weepiness, headache, swelling (today isn't s good day with the cyst), tiredness and oh, did I mention weepiness! I'm so pathetic today :'(
Today is one of those days where I so wish one of my friends was dealing with the same thing so I could just get a big hug. Gosh I'm bad....I'm tearing up as I write this. I think I need to vent a bit....
I'm so scared this is the "beginning of the end" for me and it's really nothing me.
My smallest is only 15 months old and I look at him and thing "my gosh, I'm just over 40 and I've got this prolapse....what next?" It's just all consuming me right now. I'm so sorry to gush this :'(
Maybe this is what I need is a big huge sad cry :(
