When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

what a beautiful post, gr8fl! I love that you name your 'years' like that, and I'm wishing you lots of success with your Year of the Bowel.
I do that stand in front of the mirror and pose in ww posture vs old posture thing too. amazing how my concept of beautiful posture has changed!

Thank you Granolamom
for your kind wishes. It's sort of a funny thing to do- the naming of the years- because there really is much overall improvement, but some things just seemed to 'click' sooner than others and I think my bowels are finally getting in on the WW 'fun'. :)
I really do marvel at how I could possibly have carried myself that way for so long- and on purpose!! Just crazy.

Thank you Lanny :) I'll try and do a better job of jumping in to help out when I can. It's horrifying to think of what my life would be with prolapse and *not* have Christine's work and this forum.

Yes, getting those bowels
Yes, getting those bowels unsquished and straightened out is such a wonderful feeling, so hard to explain really, but you know it when you feel it! I had the added pressure of my retroverted uterus pressing on my rectum which wasn't fun, but whole woman work and good dietary changes took care of that. And now we can say, see it really does work!!
Thank you so much for posting this wonderful success story!

what a wonderful good news story!!!
I am so happy for you, and I think we all know exactly how you feel, and for the newcomers to this wonderful journey, hold fast and practice , you will understand as well, that which makes us all so wonderfully connected, we are strong healthy women, taking care of the wonderful bodies we have been given, learning from each other ,
why in the world did we ever start sucking our stomachs in, must have been a man behind that one, lol, just kidding, I think, lol, but seriously I am so happy for you!!!

happy to read this gr8fl
This kind of post comes like a little shot of adrenalin and almost makes me sit up straighter immediately. Thank you. Especially for the tummy info - I'll add your description to one by (I think!) Aussie Soul Sister who described how her stretched and distorted belly button had been made whole and lovely again with posture and pelvic rocks. It's a tonic, I tell ya.

Sorry Aussie Soul Sister...
… to reference your belly button in such a way! Hope you don't mind.

Yes Ladies!
I just love how everyone understands this- as AG pointed out, it is kind of hard to explain. Loving that it makes sense to so many! It reaffirms -as if I needed any more reassurance ;)- the true nature of this work. Our bodies respond in such positive ways, large and small, to this work because it's truly how we are meant to be.

It was you, gr8tfl!
I see now that it was you who described how your posture looks in the mirror, with Gmom agreeing.
It is such a blessing, and I often thank the Creator for this work! Thank you for being with us.
