When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Hi pompom,
Hi pompom,
I know you have been doing this work longer than I have, but we share in a severly prolapses uterus. I have been managing quite well with it, but like you if I have any stressful occurrences, it presents itself immediately. You aren't going to be able to get over the stress with your husband' current condition right away, but in time as he gets better, you will have less of that stress which we all know can be some of the worst out there.
I am positive you can overcome this, and get back to managing your uterine prolapse again. I find when mine is at its worse, I really have to pull all the tools out out of the tool box: dvds daily, whole woman walking, etc. Have you been able to get in a good amount of jiggling and firebreathing? Done on a pretty regular basis, I have found that really helps keep things feeling a little more lifted. Starting on hands and knees and then moving to the standing position seems to work best for me.
Wishing you the best, and speedy recovery for your hubby.

Stress,
Safelyheld, I think it makes it worse because when we are stress we hold everything in tight, a form of protection,
I know when I am stressed my diaphragm feels like its in my throat, lol, I have to calm myself down and relax so that my inward breaths fill my belly and diaphragm, as if in a wave, from lower belly all the way up. Its so easy to use words and say calm down, don't stress but to put physical methods in practice when stressed is so very had some times,
When we are frightened we take short little shallow breaths, if we can become aware of it we can correct it.I'm getting better at catching myself but my gosh I know its difficult, but I know it sure does help to calm down and breath!!!! To breath properly.

Struggles all around
I too thought prolapse management was all about the exercises and still have to work at maintaining WW posture throughout the day. It is difficult to change decades of incorrect posture and positioning habits. I am grateful for the WW program/lifestyle instructions and strengthened by the courage of women as they continue to persevere.

Pompom, a vent can be
Pompom, a vent can be cathartic. I'm guessing that I wasn't the first to do it here on the forum. I have tingling and numbness in the tops of my feet and electric shock type pain when I point my toes. This posture is helping with all of that because I am "fixing" and "correcting". I don't mention it because it is my pain to bare. I also have aches in my lower back as I work to get my lumbar curve returns. I ache getting and moan getting up and down from seated but always feel better from doing the work. Ask questions on here when things aren't going well or get frustrating. These ladies are very comforting. They're amazing. Good luck to you.!
