When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Can't add much to this
as I've come to only sleep on my back- no pillow. I'd never been one to prop myself up with pillows to sleep, so sleeping with my head on the mattress instead of a pillow didn't take nearly as much adjustment time as I thought it would. Now I don't think I could sleep with a pillow under my head if I tried. (I actually have started trying to put a small, rolled towel under my lumbar curve while on my back- haven't mastered this yet as I get sore and so end up pulling it out).
I don't side sleep because I also can't figure out a way to keep the lumbar from collapsing. I do know that a Pilates instructor (back when I was doing Pilates) suggested putting a little something small under your side (waist area I believe) when side sleeping to try and keep proper alignment. Not sure if that would work. But yes- that pillow between the knees is very helpful when side sleeping for me as well.
I will say that I recall there has been a fair amount of discussion about how it really is pretty far down on the list of things to worry about though- position while sleeping that is- because all of the WWW is done when we are up and about. My take is that high quality, restorative sleep, in whatever position is probably as helpful to our bodies overall and by extension our prolapse, if not more so, than the actual sleep position. But I'm sure someone will chime in if I'm wrong. :)- gr8fl

Yes I would agree - prolapse
Yes I would agree - prolapse-wise it doesn't really matter how you sleep, because the important work is being done when we are upright. Sierra, if you are a side-sleeper you should do the pillow-between-the-knees thing; with your issues, it will help your hips and back stay comfortable. - Surviving

Pillow
I have used a special pillow for past ten years and it is filled with small hard seeds! It is so comfortable and I sleep well with it. When staying at a hotel I often end up with a rolled up towel for supporting my neck and the fat pillows on the floor! I never knew others felt the same about fat pillows! I also sometimes use a rolled up pashmina to support my back when sleeping on my side. Sweet dreams every one, :)

Side
Interesting,
I pop some clothing under my lumber curve when on my back and this is good but I don't always use it. I use a square couch cushion between my knees as long pillows are annoying but maybe I should use long ones? No pillow under my head.
It's interesting about the lumber curve collapsing on my side as I get the urge to pee when I am on my side but it generally goes away when on my back or stomach. I thought this was the reason but I do love sleeping on my side. I try to maintain WW posture on my side - not easy.
