When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

oh dear....
Dear Susan,
For such necessities, let the hands-and-knees positon predominate. Keep your weight well out in front of your pubic bone. This will reinforce the "autoblocking mechanism" of pelvic organ support.
Try to think of it as a time of cleansing! Fresh ginger tea would be very good.
Hugs!!

thanks for the response,
thanks for the response, christine:
hopefully, i won't have throw up anymore, though should i, the all fours makes sense. earlier, i threw up into the toilet and was on my knees. i definitely know i was trying to hold the pelvic muscles tightly as the recotcele scared me. i would imagine it will all be fine, though, and even if it feels a little weird, will soon get back to where it was.
i've just been sleeping all day as i also feel quite achey. sipping water. hopefully things will feel much better tomorrow.
and a cleansing -- ha ha -- i love it! great way to think about it!

coincidence
Well there must be something going around haha! Friday night I got a stomach virus. I threw up 8 times starting around 6pm and ending in the early morning. It was awful and violent. I went on all fours in a bucket but I could still feel the force. Right before that I had a cold, cough and the flu plus finding out I'm pregnant so my rectocele is a lot lower to say the least!! I hope you feel better soon.
hugs :)
