When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Hi Forest Queen - let me
Hi Forest Queen - let me start by asking, did you achieve the transition to WW posture before you had your knees replaced? The exercises can be modified, but it's the posture that counts. - Surviving

No, I was out of my depth. I did watch the DVD a couple dozen times and tried to follow along, I read the book, but I got discouraged. Firebreathing was confusing (which was in, which was out) and I couldn't kneel or sit. I think I understand the concept of the posture but I couldn't tell if I was doing it. There was a gap of at least three years before the time I was attempting to do WW, and the knee replacements, one of which was this month. (the other in March) Thanks.

Hi The Forest Queen,
Hi The Forest Queen,
You may want to get some additional help as in getting a consult with a whole woman practitioner in your area, or a skype. They are very good at evaluating your posture on can explain things very thoroughly. Sometimes people just need that little extra attention.

I agree.....this isn't first and foremost an exercise program. The posture and breathing principles are central to the work, and must be followed while doing these or any exercises, if the goal is to learn prolapse management. I would recommend going back to First Aid for Prolapse DVD again, regardless of how many times you have viewed it. The instructions are pretty clear. Sounds like you haven't revisited it for several years. Fresh eyes may help. Good luck! - Surviving
