When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Frequent urination
Do you have that much urine around the clock, or is it mainly just an urge to go? A prolapsed uterus can certainly be a factor with the latter, though it should be less of an issue when you are lying down. - Surviving

I agree, there can be some
I agree, there can be some pressure on the bladder from the prolapsed uterus, but not to the point where you are urinating all the time. You may want to go get a check up to make sure you don't have a bladder infection or other underlying condition.

The Dr.
Hello Aging. thank you for the help. since I do not have a dr I was wondering what type of dr should I see for this? I walked my dogs this am and after about an hour I had to go.............lucky for me I was close to my home. my sister, who had this says she had a bladder prolapse and she had the mesh surgery......so you see why I do not talk to her of this as she is pro surgery, and I am not.
I appreciate any words or suggestions

Cranberry
Hi healing with passion, I had a very similar problem just before Christmas. I really wasn't sure what was going on but I decided to try cranberry tablets for a few days. The plan was to go to the doctors if nothing changed. Within two days the problem cleared up and has never returned. It might be worth a try whilst you are trying to find a doctor.

If you do have a bladder
If you do have a bladder infection, and home remedies don't clear it up, don't let it go too long. You may have to go to the doctor to get something to clear it up. Sometimes home remedies can help if you have caught it early enough, but not always.
Of course, prevention as in complete emptying of the bladder is the best thing to do.

cranberry
Hi healing - what mummyduck suggested was cranberry tablets. I don't know if these will help you or not. But if you are drinking cranberry juice, be aware that it is often extremely high in sugar, which will only make the situation worse; so choose your juice with care. - Surviving

Cranberry
Hi, the reason I suggested cranberry tablets is because of the sugar content in the juice. In the uk sugar free is available but you have to watch the sweeteners used. Nevertheless cranberry juice is great for short term emergency use, but cranberry tablets are readily available.

When I worked in the nursing
When I worked in the nursing homes, cranberry pills were passed out quite often as a preventative, but people still got bladder infections. That's why complete emptying is so important, because getting the residual urine out of the bladder takes away a place for those nasty little bacteria like to cultivate.

sugar in juices
thank you surviving 60........yes I agree about the sugar in the juices, that is why I buy the pure organic juice that contains nothing but the juice from the health store.

Even pure fruit juices have a very high sugar content because they are so concentrated. If you think that cranberry is helping you, I would suggest the tablets washed down with plenty of water. - Surviving
