When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

It's with the intra-abdominal
It's with the intra-abdominal pressure. The correct breathing with the whole woman posture pins our pelvic organs into place in the lower belly. It may be time for some more studying, because an important part of this work is understanding why we are doing it in the first place. Go to the Pelvic Organ Support chapter, starting om page 5, of the Saving the Whole Woman book. This is covered very thoroughly there.
If you are still having troubles understanding this, you could contact one of our whole woman practitioners. One of them could help you evaluate your posture, and explain things to you in a way so you will be able to better understand these concepts.

Remember it is not a question
Remember it is not a question of getting the organs to go back where they belong, and expecting them to stay there. We have to alter our posture, breathing and movement to keep this effort going all day long. It is not a cure, it is maintenance. With time and work, you can retrain your body to do much of this automatically. But there will never be a time when you don't need mindfulness, care, and all the tools Christine gives us. So please as AG says, go back to the work and immerse yourself for awhile.....it will make sense eventually if you stay open to the message. - Surviving

Its not a one time thing if you do it rightly. Whole women program is the lifestyle change from posture to breathing. With time and training it is not difficult to maintain their original position. Hope this all adds up to make sense for you

I think Bane's comment is a
I think Bane's comment is a little misleading. The organs are always moving around, and in most cases of prolapse (with possible exception of some post-partum prolapse) it's unrealistic to expect them to return to their "original" position. The goal in the case of a profound uterine prolapse is to keep it inside. - Surviving
