When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

welcome
hello, garbo. i am fairly new here myself. i am a (nearly) 39 year old mom of two -- girl, almost 5 & boy, 2 1/2. i read the 1st addition of the book & am awaiting the new one. i have learned so much and am definitely seeing improvements in my life. most profoundly, i feel so much stronger knowing that there are things i can do to help my body function the way nature intended it. the two doctors with whom i spoke feel that surgery would likely be needed at some point. i am hoping to stem that tide. good luck to you!

Welcome. I have 7 children, youngest 22, and am diagnosed with 2nde degree uterine prolapse, cystocele and vaginal defect (vaginal wall prolapse). I do NOT want surgery, do not want otherwise healthy organs removed, do not want the risk of complications. YES, bed is comfortable, so is a recliner chair, when one has time to use them. I also am on my feet most of the time. I feel best when 1)rested, 2)using correct posture, 3)maintaining a positive attitude. Am still learning.
I live on the border of Loudoun and Fairfax counties in Northern Virginia. Do you live near me? (Does anybody?)
