My Bladder

Body:

Today, without warning, I stood up and couldn't get to the bathroom fast enough. (actually I didn't) Was not in control of my urinating. My prolapse did me in. I've had sporadic incidents in the past. This one today let me know I was not in control. Is this a permanent situation? Does this mean I now have to live in a bucket?

hi teapot. i have no time now because my cranky boy is up from his nap. although i have not had any significant incontinence, i have had other issues with prolapse. this website & christine's other materials have been a life changing discovery for me. i'm certain there are women here with symptoms similar to yours who have felt the positive impact of this "work". when you have time, you should browse this forum & you will undoubtedly find lots of information & inspiration. it & christine's book are sources of hope & strength. good luck & welcome.

Welcome to the forum. Christine posted an exercise for the leaking on one of the other forums today, so check that out. I used to have leaking but haven't had it in about a year so it's not a permanent situation. I believe Susan (supadeja) does about 10 kegels a day that stopped hers. I didn't try that.

Do read through all the posts and the FAQ's. It should answer most of your questions.

Blessings,
