I'm back again with a question

Body:

My bladder is fine and the pressure has eased a lot in the past 3 days ive been trying the posture, that was the main problem with me was the dragging. Now the other UGH!
Women mostly in here have constipation with the rectocele, i used to have that all my life (constipation) but now that I feel a little pressure on my back passage I seem to have no constipation and everything has changed and my stools are quite soft, I have to go when called (but have made no mistakes...yet LOL) sometimes like this morning since ive had oranges last night ive got a touch of too loose stools, is this OK I do hope it is a rectocele and not the other where the bowel thingy protrudes down through my bottom because that would frighten me so when I go to the toilet I just sit there like a dummy terrified to press so it's just as well i'm not constipated or i'd be there all day, any thoughts on this please
anne

I think that using the posture makes everything 'easier' to move. When you are in posture the internal organs can work in a much better fashion as they are not compromised in any way - This could be one of the reasons why things are easier for you.

Also - Oranges will make your stools looser - They make me pee ten times as much too lolol

I think it will be just the rectocele, but the worries at first overtake every thought and scare you ten tons. Even now things for me are stable I still think about it - I dont think that thought will ever go away and in a way that is a good thing as it reminds you to stay in posture and not to push and strain on the toilet.

If you feel the need to push - Just twist to your right - while twisting look up - then breathe a veryyyyyyyyyy longggggggggggg breath out relaxing all the way through your body. For some reason this seems to work for me - But I have no idea why. The only thing I do know is - When you have keyhole surgery (As i did last month) - They go in with camera from middle left - the Dr told me there is a reason for this (Cant remember what lol) But it might have been that there is more space on that side as the organs are more to the right - This would make sense of the twisting right as then you could be squeezing them when you twist right (Might make sense of why it dont work when you twist left)

Hope that helps even a teeny bit :-)

Thanks memyselfandI what a good name because sometimes that is how i feel LOL My husband is just looking at me this past few days at the way i'm walking i think he thinks i'm trying to be Cindy Crawford LOL
I will do as you said with the turn, sometimes these things do work and what a differance a little can make. I thank God for this forum and the woman who take the time to write and reply to nervous idiots like myself (((Hugs)))

I was gonna call myself MeMyselfAndCele (As in rec/cys-tocele etc lol)

I always wondered why twisting right worked and left didnt - but what the Dr said kinda makes some sorta sense lol (Even though i always thought the insides were kinda all over the place in there - But i asked him why they always go in from the left and he said they have a better route thru from that side they dont get from the right - so maybe there is a method in this twist?) All I know is it works for me - lol

:-)

Sue

Thanks again MeMyselfAndCele LOL LOL
I'm sooo much into the posture thing as it is helping me a lot that last night as i got up to go to the Loo there are two little steps outside our bedroom door and tripped down them because the minute i opened my eyes I thought ''posture'' posture'' my hubby said ''watch yourself girl your gonna break your neck, what are you doing?'' my reply was in a very sleepy voice...posture, posture, LOL am I going crazy or what????

Take care - You dont wanna break yourself!

There are many parts of Christines theory that all seem to interlink with the posture like the not straining one and eating well one :-)

Just call me Sue lolol

Ok Sue, and thanks, one of those little smilies wouldn't go a miss in here (wink)

if you have a protrusion you will see it......but I think you are doing all the right things. Congrats on getting past the constipation!
