When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

hooray!!!
I smiled at and wanted to respond to your original post about ‘where’d it go?’ but have been overwhelmed with work. We’ve had other young women with experiences like yours…always makes me reflect on the soundness of the human design. I’m so happy for you and bless you for starting the work!!

Knowledge
Knowledge is a wonderful thing. Very empowering.
I thank you all for helping me with your wisdom, and experiences.
I know I am silly alemama, It helps me not take my self too seriously.
I could so easily have a pity party over this whole prolapse thing
and would have if not for your wonderful site Christine. :)

Don't worry ive done that
Don't worry ive done that many times if ive had a good day when everything felt as if it had disappeared only to have it back late at night or the next day feeling it more LOL I think the advice given in here is great, one day at a time and learning not to be frightened but make it part of yourself instead of making it a worry...easy to say I know (eyes rolling) LOL but doing the correct things can make such a BIG differance
BUT I am into 4 days (i think) because my memory is a bit like my prolapse it drops, and the posture has been great I am no longer feeling the dreaded dragging feeling and heaviness and this was quite severe on me, also the prssure on my BT has eased a lot, i'm patiently waiting on the Christines book whey!!!!!!!!!
and then the firebreathing will start (I must warn my Joe about that he is still trying to work out the Cindy Crawford walk LOL)

Just to add,
Just to add,
I have a little friend at church, she has never been married and has no children she was a midwife all her life, a lovely woman. I was telling her about my prolapse and more or less longing for some advice/information she stopped and looked at me and keen for her reply I asked said 'Yes'???
Her reply was ''stand on your head''.............she is a really nice lady though.
