When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

the Whole Woman work, of course!
Hello Uchiksan,
Welcome to Whole Woman. In the early stages of prolapse, you are in a very fortunate position to learn how to stabilize and reverse your symptoms for the rest of your life.
Whole Woman Yoga - the first wheel contains a great mat program of exercises designed to move your organs forward. We are in the business of changing the ways in which these conditions have been conceptualized and treated for 150 years. Support our efforts by purchasing Whole Woman products! :)
Wishing you well,
Christine

Posture
Hi Uchikisan
Sure, you can improve it yourself. Try adjusting your posture so that your pelvic organs are carried further forward in your body. By lifting your chest, and keeping your belly relaxed your pelvis will tilt forward slightly, and your pelvic organs will lean against your lower abdominal wall, rather than backwards over your vagina. Have a look at excerpts from the DVDs on Youtube, wholewomaninc channel.

you are not alone!
Welcome here. So sorry you are feeling alone. I know what you mean when you say that- but there are a great many more women with prolapse than you would think. Consider that prolapse surgery is performed day in and day out all over the US. You've been managing on your own for a year- but you've got us now.
A pessary may help a great deal or it may just be an annoyance. You won't know until you try :)
Maybe a sea sponge will do it for you and you won't have to bother with a pessary.
The work we do with Whole woman is done on your feet. You will have 7 hours of the day to stabilize your prolapse. Stick in there. It will get better.
