When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

I have this issue on a daily
I have this issue on a daily basis, and have for years. It has greatly improved since I adopted WW posture, which I attribute to the organs being forward instead of pushing down. However, my bowels remain extremely sensitive to diet and stress, and these things are not yet under control. All the things that rectocele does to you, incomplete evacuation and so forth, contribute to this problem which I am pretty sure I will have forever, at least to some degree. The next thing on my to-do list is to work on restoring intestinal flora.
Ivonush, I'm not sure why you would make a decision to wait, if you are feeling the urge. I only wait if I have no choice! - Surviving

"normal" control over BMs?
I feel urge only in the morning, then second one comes with no urge...
I thought that through waiting I may teach my bowels, or re-teach...seems I still want to get back to my previous, what I considered "normal" control over my bowels...

Urges
What I wouldn't do to have more 'urges' ... I wait and wait and finally it comes and I just have to hope I can do it the honour of being able to act on it at that time by being near a toilet and usually it still is a struggle for complete evacuation.
I don't want to aggravate anything and cause constipation which causes so much more stress on the rectocele.
Why would you wait if you have an urgency? If your body tells you to go - you need to act on it if at all possible. If you ignore it then it's your mind controlling your body.
If you can't possibly go (and we are all in that situation at different times) you do your best to hold on. I have been in situations thinking "typical, when I want to go there's no urge and when I go out suddenly I want to go" ...
But the most important thing to do is constancy of food habits, managing stress, exercise and relaxation.
Your body then hopefully gets into more of a routine and you feel more confident. When travelling you are eating different foods and there are times you don't know whether you can hold on, but if you plan ahead and know where the toilets may be, give yourself intervals and relax about it. I did have moments of panic but not worth avoiding a holiday because of it, that's for sure!
You can't teach your body - unless it's by the food you eat, the water you drink, the exercise, and your thoughts and lowering stress. What is happening inside of you is perhaps trying to teach YOU that you need to do things differently. As Surviving said, the posture assists greatly and if you are in that urge moment maintain posture and breathe and stay calm - stress causes activation!

just listen to my body...
Thank you. It seems that I want to "be in charge", whereas (again) I just need to listen to my body.
I am much, much better...but still up and down...as usually I want to be perfect...
I used to use suppositories twice a day and many different supplements. I stopped using suppositories long time ago! :)

The suppositories
Gosh, Ivonush, I had forgotten about your daily suppository use. You have come a long way. I am sure you will continue your progress.

Thank you Louise :) I don't use them any-more! I must remember that I have changed a lot. Must also remember that it is only a bit longer than half a year since I joined WW and have started implementing major changes in my life...
