Thanks

Body:

I have just been to my urogyn for csystoscopy and urodynamic tests and all was good. The urogyno was really pleased with my progress and said that the POP had actually improved a little, and that I can now wait and see re the surgery. Last time I saw her three weeks ago, surgery was her number one choice. We are to discuss it again at the end of January, but I am hoping that by then I will have received Christine's book. I know it was posted two weeks ago, so any day now it should come. I have been doing the posture every chance I get and have been doing the first set of exercises on the First Aid for Prolapse DVD. The POP certainly feels far more comfortable and I at times I forget it is there. The urogyno says that it is the kegels that are making this improvement and to keep doing them. I have actually been doing them as well as the Wholewoman exercise. I did explain to her about Wholewoman posture and exercises and she listened but didn't seem make any comment. In the meantime I will keep doing the exercises and also I must do far longer walks in posture, as that also helps.

So thankyou all for your support so far. It is great to be able to tell people about it all and to have people who have experienced the same problems give their advice. The nurse who did the tests also chatted about my improvement and she asked what I was doing. I explained to her about the posture, and she actually stood in the posture as I explained what to do. Maybe she has a POP too.

So thanks again. Your advice and support is really appreciated.

That is great news that you are getting improvement, and it is being noticed by health professionals. Yes, there are many factors in succeeding with WW work. You are no doubt succeeding because you are addressing all the different factors at the same time, which is ideal. It doesn't matter if the doctor thinks it is all because of the Kegels. It could be a factor. I used to do Kegels regularly, but no longer bother.

Keep doing what you are doing!
