When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

Uterus perforation
Morning Daphne,
I don't have a lot of experience with this, but as the uterus is a perfect place for incubation of babies ! this also makes it a place for incubation of infections (bacteria, staph, e coli etc), so not knowing whether this small perforation is shallow or is open to the inside of the uterus I, personally, would want to be very conscious of any change in body temperature (feeling 'off', running a fever and so on) which could indicate problems. I know that others here at the Forum will have something to say as well.
Since I feel that medical people (in my area) are not informed the last person I want to see is a doctor. However, given this perforation it might be a good idea to get a medical opinion. I don't know that you have to give up your uterus to a medical procedure just because of this.
I wish I could give you an answer. This is just my personal feeling on your concern.
When you get this addressed and are feeling safe and well I wonder what else there is that can be done. Is it possible to replace the uterus into its original space?
Good luck and if you don't get a response that is helpful you might try posting your concern in one or two other forums (Pregnancy and Prolapse or Menopause and Prolapse - under Forums). Maybe even Christine would take time to answer if you emailed her; I may be over reacting, but maybe you could let me know how things turn out.
Many good wishes,
Daphne11

Daphne...
Sorry to hear that you're dealing with another problem. I agree with Daphne11 that it should be looked at by your doctor. I'm managing my low cervix in a super-natural way, but such an approach cannot be applied to everyone. Also, mine is not exposed as yours is, which makes a huge difference. Wish I could help more! :-/

uterine perforation
Hi Daphne 11,
Thank you for your reply. I am feeling well in myself and I think I will keep away from the Drs. for the moment. I do have a previously booked appointment to see her in May so will see how things are between now and then. I am 77 so I won't be using my uterus for babies but I will keep an eye on how things are. Yes, I can push my uterus back where it should be but it just won't stay there, it always goes back itself during the night though.
As our Christian name is very English I am wondering if you are English yourself, it is not a very much used name. I did go to school with another girl with the same name but don't recall hearing it other than that.
Bless you, Daphne.

Hi Christine, Thank you for taking the time to answer.
How do you manage your low cervix in a super natural way? I am sure a lot of ladies would like to know.

...we've talked about over the past ten years, Daphne. With posture and exercise, firebreathing and nauli, clothing, honey, red clover, an anti-inflammatory diet, "leaning forward" ;) Am I missing anything?

Dear Daphne
I think you are aware of the types of soothing potions and lubricants that we often talk about on this site: olive oil, coconut oil, vitamin E cream, babys’ cream and of course Ky jelly and Vaseline. I think you may have tried some of them. If the hole you have found is a fungal infection then dabbing apple cider vinegar on it maybe three times a day can cure up the fungus. Christine recommends applying a pea size amount of raw honey inside the cervix/uterus to return healthy bacteria to the uterus. Of course, it depends on what this hole you have found is, what treatment is going to work for you.
So you understand that calling it a perforation or a hole is worrying to us and that is why we unanimously suggested you go to a doctor to have diagnosed what it is you have and from that point you can look for remedies. That you are not ever going to have more babies does not mean that your pelvic organ is not important to you as evidenced by your long effort to retain it even through difficulty.
The fact that your uterus returns at night when you sleep, must be a comfort to you. That it keeps slipping down during the day is a common experience and is due to a number of contributing factors which we often talk about here; i.e. condition of our bowel, and our bladder, the strength of our muscles which makes diet and posture so important, but even when we get those things mostly right we also realise that our condition can fluctuate not just daily but from hour to hour due to other things like stress, grief, anxiety and so on.
You have number of things on your plate at the moment Daphne, your piles, your prolapse, your strained ankle and now a hole in your uterus. This situation would be uncomfortable and worrying for anyone. You need to take those small steps that I remember you talking about once and apply them to yourself slowly at first. Maybe, try the one that will give you the best chance of success first.
Do come back and chat more about them if you would like to kick around some more ideas.
Cheers, Fab

Hi fab,
I do appreciate you taking the time to answer but I think you have got the 2 Daphne's mixed together. I am the one with the perforation in the Uterus and Uterine prolapse but I am not the one with the Piles and ankle problem I think that must be Daphne 11. Sometimes life just gets confusing!! Again I do thank you most sincerely for your input. I have been putting Almond oil on my Uterus sometimes during the day and at night when I go to bed. I will ask my Dr. about it when I see her next month, I am just so afraid she will send me to a specialist and we all know that all they want to do is cut you about, which is not what we want.
Daphne.

Oh jeepers,
sorry Daphne. I’m giving you twice your problems. I do feel better knowing that the two Daphnes are wearing their own share of woes. Still, you be kind to yourself and I hope things heal up well.

uterus perforation and unterine prolapse
Hi Daphne11,
I manage a uterine prolapse - so feel some empathy with your experience!
I share your distrust of meidcal opinion. Mainly because their understanding, approach and treatment of pop is so different to that of WW. However I do think they can be very useful for diagnoses. They have a lot of resources available and I thinkit can be helpful to get their diagnoses and hear that information. We may/may not agree with the analysis, diagnosis &/or recommendations... But it may be helpful to get their point of view. And then very definately, take time to decide your point of view. The worry for me is that I fear I might get bludgeoned into doing what the medics recommend. In that case, one coping strategy may be to say you need to think about it at home.
I also found my uterine prolapse improved diring the night but worsened during the day. 1 thing that helps me when that happens is after I've been to the loo (toilet/wash-room?), stay in a standing forward bend for about 3 breaths (you can bend your knees to forward bend or rest your hands on a shelf/wall and lean forward at right angles). I sometimes combine this contracting my abdomen on the exhale as well and then relaxing the abdomen on the inhale. Sometimes I also gently push my cervix up as high it will go (with clean hands obviously) - and then stand up into WW posture and off I go. This quick simple procedure really helps to remedy the 'dropping down' of the uterus prolapse. I think perhaps because it's put back in place at regular intervals throughout the day.
Best wishes, Lindyx
