Dear whole women experts!
I would like to order the book, and I can afford one DVD too. Please help me which DVD is the best for me!
I am 37 and I have a cysto and rectocele with a constant feeling of having a heavy stone in my anus and in my vagina. The grade is three or two, I don't know because in Hungary doctors don't use these numbers to decribe the level of the prolapse. I have a two centimeter wide ball (rectocele) right at my vaginal opening. In the last few months I have been feeling almost constantly that something heavy is pushing my anus and I have to go to toilet but I can't. A started to be scared because I am afraid that my bowels will go out through my anus. I am scared to death because of this. I saw some terrible pictures of this...
(Do you think this symptoms will improve after learning the right posture? I have been trying it, but I think I do it wrong, because sometimes I feel that when I relax my belly, it pushes my prolapses)

The book I will order is the Saving the Whole Women. But which is the best DVD for me? I would like to exercise my pelvic muscles and my body. What does the First Aid DVD include? Is this the best for me?
I saw two wooden tools too. What are they for?

Thank you very much your advice and answers in advance and sorry for my language...

Get the First Aid for Prolapse. It contains information about prolapse, she demonstrates the whole woman pose and exercises that are geared for prolapse conditions. The exercises help make you stronger and more flexible. You also feel more womanly and graceful which you need after being hit with the news body parts are slipping out of place. The pelvic rocks, and fire breathing help to position your prolapses back where they should be. I will say I still can't do the whole tape of exercises, still trying to learn the more advanced ballet steps. On the tape there is a segment that explains all the different exercise steps. You probably saw the wooden baton which is used in the advanced part of the exercises. Get it. I do the tape 5 out of 7 days. I give myself a day off or two so it doesn't feel like a chore. But this is something I will be doing for the rest of my life. A lot of times I will do extra pelvic rocks and fire breathing throughout the day.

Thank you 56 for your reply. It sounds that you find exercises useful. I will get the First Aid :)

For sure. The FAFP dvd contains the most general prolapse information of all the dvds, not to mention a detailed explanation and demo of firebreathing and every other move. - Surviving
