When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

rectal prolapse
Hi montanagirl and welcome. Just to be clear, are you talking about a rectocele where the rectum bulges through the vaginal wall, or a true rectal prolapse where the rectal wall protrudes from the anus? Lots of us including myself have rectocele. If it's a rectal prolapse through the anus, we may need to do some searching on the site and forum for more discussion, or wait for other responses. Our approach to stabilizing the organs is postural, and getting upside down might give some relief (getting down on elbows and knees would be a simpler thing to do) but doesn't really address the problem. I'm talking about rectocele here, so please clarify your condition. - Surviving

Rectal prolapse
Hi Surviving, Thank you for the welcome and reply. Mine is where the rectal wall protrudes from the anus. I am not positive it is rectal prolapse, but something protrudes a little, after I have a bowel movement, and a couple times it was larger than most. It is dark red and I try to push it back in, sometimes that helps a little. Also, it bleeds a bit sometimes, but not a lot, yet, anyway. I can not walk far or stand up when this happens because it hurts then. Eventually it goes back, and it is usually by the end of the day. Just about every day that I have a bowel movement, the day is ruined for me and can't do much at all. I have told Dr.'s about this and so far two have examined me and say they don't see anything. I also have Lichen Sclerosus, that is what my OB Dr. said. I have a lot of pain in my lower left side and have had many cat scans, but they say they do not see anything wrong. That's about it. Any help would really be appreciated. It is not rectocele, or I am sure my OB would have told me. I hope! I self diagnosed this buy doing a lot of reading. At first I thought it was Hemorrhoids, and I can't fully rule them out. Thank you!
