When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

For me
Just my opinion and I am not medically trained but to me your pelvic floor dysfunction was probably signs/symptoms a prolapse was going to happen and may be linked. This is just what I would think because when I look back I had lots of symptoms I just wasn't aware of till it all came down. Please look at the sure, search hysterectomy in the search box and that will give you ideas. Get working on the posture ASAP. Not sure if Botox will make it worse or not, maybe people will experience on this issue could help, I certainly wouldn't want them but I don't know how much your suffering. Only the whole woman posture and exercise I think will help you all round. Take care and don't panic just get researching really

Cellicl, what symptoms were
Cellicl, what symptoms were you having that were labeled as pelvic floor dysfunction? I find it to be rather a vague description. Hysterectomy itself has many potential side effects and after effects, and some can take years to show up.
I don't know if the posture can help you, but it's what every woman should be doing, whether she has prolapse or not, has a uterus or not......every woman. Your doctors have not helped you, I hope you'll help yourself now. Look into it; read the forum and blog and watch some video and consider trying this approach, because you aren't going to find any better ideas no matter where you look. - Survivivng
