When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

It is not only in places like Dubai where women can wake up with no uterus! Any time a woman goes under the knife even for some exploratory procedure, well, it can happen. Doctors are always "covered" because no matter what we sign or how we make our wishes known, they still have free rein to do whatever they deem medically in the best interest of the patient, in their own judgment, which of course is never going to be questioned or overturned. I found Nora Coffey's book, "The H Word" to be quite chilling as it made this point and many others.
Lila, I see that you joined here years ago, but I am gathering that you never embraced the WW work, or you would not have ended up on the table for a "bladder lift" in the first place. But it is not too late for you to take control of the situation (and I can see that you are already doing that).
I don't know which, if any, of Christine's works you have in your personal collection. The next big thing approaching release is specifically for the post-hysterectomy woman. In the meantime, you want to be gentle with yourself. I don't know if you are a good pessary candidate or not; you can give it a go, if you have a patient doctor who will work with you to get the best possible fit. If you were completely intact I would advise against going down that road; but you have radically altered pelvic dynamics, and it isn't for any of us to say that it should or should not be tried.
Your story can be very useful for women who are contemplating hysterectomy and repairs. I have huge admiration for those of you who can bring yourselves to come onto this forum and share the experience. Christine does have help and advice for you. Stay tuned for the new video. Consider booking a consult with her, so you can directly address the specifics of your situation and get the best guidance possible. Thanks for posting. - Surviving

Thank you very,very much for
Thank you very, very much for your words of encouragement. I did try to incorporate into my life style some of Christine's tips, but because I had a doctor luring me into doing a radical repair with false promises of a permanent results,I dropped it! Big mistake.
The doctor even had the audacity of telling me after the surgery that my insides were one of the healthiest one he had seen in ages and that because of my age he made the split decision of removing them as for future prophilaxy.
He did not respect my wishes or the paper signed by me to do not remove my uterus. When I placed a complaint to the board of trustees on the hospital they brought to me a fake biopsy to explain his decision...How did i know that it was fake? Because I went to another specialist that assured me that the blood type in the biopsy was not mine and that I had a partial hysterectomy not a cone surgery investigation like it said on the biopsy. He also told me that Dubai is notorious for fake biopsies anoutorized organs removal. It was a total nightmare that costed me lots of sleepless nights and money.
Now I've been left crippled. Is there any hope? Maybe I should just shut my vaginal entrance and forget about sex forever? What else can be done?

I'd say the first mistake was to view the Whole Woman work as a collection of "tips". It is much more than a few tips and it is much more than an exercise program. If you originally acquired any of Christine's materials, I would return to them now and start learning and understanding that the WW work is a fundamental change in the way we move and carry our bodies throughout the day. It is a return to the natural spinal shape that supports our organs correctly. All of her work is chock-full of warnings about the effects of surgical "cures".
Once you have this fuller understanding of what WW is all about, you can go forward with trying to figure out how you might still be helped by it, despite the surgeries you have had.
Beyond this, I can only repeat that Christine's next product is specifically for the post-hysterectomy woman. In the meantime your best source of help might be an individual consult. Remember that Christine's own prolapse came directly as a result of a bladder lift procedure. Particularly if you are already experiencing some stage of vaginal vault prolapse, it's beyond the scope of our forum, which is not a consulting service by any means. - Surviving
