personal recommendations for avaliable products

Body:

Because there are so many products avaible, could someone give me their personal opinions or recommendations for someone who has a pelvic organ prolapse.

I am 42 years old and I have a cistocele and a prolapse of the uterus for 7 years. I don't have incontinence. My cervics is at the opening of the vagina and the sympoms have got worse in the last few weeks.

I am a yoga teacher. But in my practice an in my clases I don't correct the position of the pelvis. I always respect the natural curve in the lumbar región.

I started readind the whole woman website and forum. I also have a look in the materials that Christine offers and I don't know which to try.

I was considering "The whole woman solution to pelvic organ prolapse" online video course. But I also have seen same others packs. And I lost...I'm not sure if the prolapse will get better.

I studied a lot about pelvic floor and woman pelvic.

I would really appreciate same guidance.

Hi Amparuski and welcome,
The online courses are wonderful, and do cover everything you need to know. I personally own all of Christine's materials, mostly because she was coming out with each new item as I was going along with her. Her Saving the Whole Woman book and First Aid for Prolapse are the beginning products of this work and are very thorough. Her yoga series are just wonderful too. I really enjoy them, so really its up to you how you want to view the work.

HELLO EVERYONE,
I TOO AM IN NEED OF ANY ADVICE.....I HAVE THE "POP" AND HAVE BEEN DOING THE POSTURE, EXERCISES AND SOME YOGA. HOWEVER, WHAT SEEMS TO BE HELPING ME SOMEWHAT, IS SOME NUTRIENTS.........VIT C, VIT D, MAGNESIUM AND ASTRAGULUS. I AM A NUTRITIONIST AND THOUGHT NUTRIENTS ARE NOT WHAT I NEED BUT IN FACT THEY ARE HELPING ......THEY HELP THE QI (PRONUNCED CHEE) MOVE BACK TO WHERE IT HAS FALLEN FROM..THE QI IS THE ENERGY FORCE THAT IS WITHIN US......... IT DID NOT HAPPEN OVER NIGHT AND I STILL FEEL IT AT TIMES BUT I DO BELIEVE IT IS HELPING.
ANY THOUGHTS WOULD BE WELCOMED.

Hi Amparuski - I would agree with Aging Gracefully.....in my opinion the best way to start is with the starter bundle, which you can order here (if you want the book and DVD):

https://www.wholewomanstore.com/The-WW-Starter-Bundle_p_34.html

Or here, if you want the the e-book and streaming video:

Best "bang for the buck" in my opinion. Both come with the baton, which I love. - Surviving
