When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

Hi herbgypsy and welcome.
Hi herbgypsy and welcome. Rest assured you will be fine. There will always be days that are not your best - don't expect that to go away. This is management.....not a quick fix. You are just starting out and every little thing you notice is going to seem very significant to you. The organs are always moving around, which is good. That's why we are able to affect our symptoms with posture and good habits. When you come back from a bad day, to a better day, you will gradually start to lose your fear, and those more symptomatic times will not throw you off. More and more, you will draw connections between your symptoms, and something that you did or didn't do. We can't always be in perfect posture. But we don't have to give up anything! When you're feeling crummy, get down on all fours and just relax and let your organs hang gently in your belly. Give thanks that you got away from the clutches of medical management of prolapse. This work is empowering and you will have many lightbulb moments along the way. - Surviving

Hi Herbgypsy
I just wanted to say welcome and I can totally relate to your post. It is best to forget the negative days and crack on the next day or when u feel on top of things again.I am so glad I am a whole woman and will not be going back to the doctor re Pop,everything I need is on this site . Christine's book and the dvd First aid for Prolapse re amongst my most precious things ! Although the posture is def what this is all about it is great to revisit the book with more understanding each time and also to do the exercises on the video which I find empowering and invigorating. I was doing so well until I dislocated my arm and spent far too much time being inactive and also not eating as healthily as I used too.It has been a long haul back to the positivity I had achieved but I am getting there.Forget the bad days ,be kind to yourself and crack on! Good luck!

Better standing up
I've found that I feel better standing up than sitting - perhaps I haven't found a comfortable seated position. Most chairs are too soft, or have the wrong angle to keep me upright. I've thought about switching out chairs for benches or stools. Any suggestions?
