Information on posture

Body:

I can't seem to find the part in the FAQ's where it describes the posture in great detail....can someone help me find it?

Hi Whywhywhat,
You will find the information on posture in Christine's work. Saving the whole woman book and the First Aid for Prolapse dvd are a good place to start. If finances are an issue, you can always start with the Whole Woman Fundamentals video. It covers posture and correct toileting position.
If you need help navigating the store, just let us know.

I don't have the finances to purchase anything plus I lo move in Guatemala where there is no postal system so wouldn't be able to receive the books and dvds anyway. Where can I find the fundamentals video? I am finding the website quite difficult to navigate. I read that there is a description of the posture in the FAQ's but it's not there......?

Hi Www - the store is a bit confusing at the moment, so here is a link to purchase the Fundamentals in streaming form (if you have a good internet connection):

You might check to see if anyone has any Whole Woman materials listed on eBay for a used price. I know that doesn't help WW sales, but if it is for sale used, then it means that SOMEONE must have bought it off the website at some point in time. I know that used is not free, but it might be cheaper, and I am sure everyone here on this forum would rather see you buy something you can afford and recover from your prolapse, rather than have no materials and not ever start the WW work at all. Best of luck to you.

There also some libraries that will carry these materials, just make sure you get the blue book of Saving the Whole Woman. It is the more up-to-date one. Borrowing, used bookstores, etc are all good sources and have been suggested many times on the forum throughout the years.
The point really is not to rely on only the website as your main source of information about Whole Woman, because the real meat of this work is in Christine's materials.

The Fundamentals video was created just for these situations, It provides a great start with the basic information at an affordable price.
When I was first starting out, I purchased the materials one at a time, as I could afford them. There are so many options for learning whole woman, and this a great way to continue supporting Christine and her very important work as well as providing this wonderful forum to talk about it. Just more to consider.

If Whywhywhat is unable to receive mail where she is living, then the digital products are the choice for her - my link above to the Fundamentals is a start. The E-book and the streaming products are the best option, and there are many products in quite a range of prices. Whole Woman holds several generous promotions throughout the year. There is no reason for any woman not to invest in her own health while supporting this important work. - Surviving
