When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

Hi healing with passion,
Hi healing with passion,
Yes, with your finger. Just apply a dab on the tip and shove it on up. Since our pelvic organs are movable, you really should,'t have a problem. I have given my uterus a shove on many occasions without any adverse affects.

Dry vagina
Lie on your side and wait until your prolapse starts to go back up or get smaller. That is what I have to do when using the vaginal cream. Once it goes down, it is much easier to use creams, etc. I haven't tried the raw honey, could you tell me where to get that? I have atrophic vaginal wall and mine was so bad it started bleeding bad. I have two episodes back to back. Let me know how the raw honey works. Best of luck.

Honey works for menopausal rats, too!
I just found a study that shows that menopausal (ovariectomized) rats that ATE honey had significant protection against menopause-related issues. Here is what the conclusion stated, "Tualang honey was shown to have beneficial effects on menopausal (ovariectomised) rats by preventing uterine atrophy, increased bone density and suppression of increased body weight. Honey could be an alternative to HRT." It was only a 2-week study, so it is too bad they did not continue the study for a longer period of time. But still, the results were pretty telling in just that short period of time. I feed my kids raw local honey all the time. I try to limit sugars and calorie intake myself, but I think I will start eating it, too.
Is it ok for me to post a link to the study here, in case anyone wants to read it? Or perhaps someone has already posted it?

Christine also has a lecture The Miraculous Self Healing Vagina where she talks about the nature of our vaginas and also the many benefits of honey. Who would have thought what amazing stuff honey is?!!

Honey study
Hi Momof5boys,
I'd love to read it!
Not sure if posting a link is OK (I'm fairly new here) but maybe you could tell us how you found the study? If you searched PubMed, what search terms did you use? "Honey and menopause"?
Thanks!
