When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Hi Megg,
Hi Megg,
A cystocele is very manageable with the whole woman work. The whole woman posture is the key to this work and everything else Christine offers helps us to understand and accomplish this. The posture is what helps move our pelvic organs out of the vaginal space into the lower belly where they belong.
Go to the tool bar above to start learning about this very important work.

Educating family
Wondering how Christinine and her faithful followers would advise me in the following situation. My dear sister (age 62) has scheduled an appointment with a urogynecologist to have a vaginal hysterectomy performed with a possible bladder sling in October. She says it's necessary because of a cystocele and problems she has with voiding. As a believer in Christines research and work in this area, I hate to see my sister go this route. The matter is even more complicated because my sister is married to a gynecologist. I want to be supportive of my sister as we age and manage health issues but am uncertain how to introduce her to Christine's and others research in preserving the Whole Woman. I am afraid she would interpret any advise I give her as "hokey" and unsupportive of the personal decisions she is making. Any advice out there? Thank you.

Educating family
Well, that is a toughie. When new members say that they are under pressure from family and friends to have surgery, I would simply say to them: If you can't educate them, and they do not support your choice, then you simply stop discussing it with them. Don't complain about your prolapse and then they will have nothing to react against. This advice isn't hard to follow when you realize that the WW work is really, in the end, something we have to do for ourselves anyway. There is plenty of support here, and progress keeps you going.
A little different when you are trying to help someone in the situation you describe with your sister. You can lead a horse to water, but you cannot make her drink! Often, those women who are connected to the medical system by profession or by marriage, are the ones who are most often led blindly into these surgeries.
Give her your WW materials, or purchase some for her. Ask her to postpone at least for a little while. Explain that a cystocele is manageable with safe, natural posture adjustments and toileting techniques. Explain she needs her uterus throughout life, not just for childbearing. Among other things, it helps protect against post-menopausal heart disease. Maybe she will watch Nora Coffey's interview on this website.
Do what you can, and realize that it's ultimately out of your hands. We can only save the ones who want to be saved. - Surviving

Hi megg
I can recommend this work for your prolapse for sure, ive only been practising for a month but it really does benefit me. I hope you dont mind but the interstitial cystitus, my mum has siffered with this for years and has not been offered any help. She has no prolapse though. Have you been offered anything for it, i hope you dont mind me asking but its really painful amd has taken over her life.
