Laughter Yoga

A few months ago I started attending Laughter Yoga classes with friends. Each class is about one hour of mostly laughing. I guess I'm wondering if all this laughing is actually helpful for my prolapse? I do stay in posture as much as I'm able with everything in my life. I'd like to begin a daily laughter practice on Skype. I'm just not sure if this may be too much strain or may cause damage to my prolapse. I appreciate your advice.

I'm all for the laughing part, it's the yoga that you need to be careful of. Certain traditional yoga and pilates poses put female pelvic organ support at risk. Be sure you are practicing safe yoga, stay in posture and laugh as much as you can! - Surviving
