Disregard My Brochure It's All I Could Find

Disregard my brochure I put in. It was all I could find on prolapse . It's impossible to find anything else. I have NEVER seen a brochure on prolapse in a doctor's surgery yet so I picked it up. I had a fall as I was rushing and that's when I saw some brochures. I read everything I can about this subject. I do stand in the closest posture I know to help my problems. This is the only site I like as it doesn't mention an operation for prolapse. Also the fire breathing helps me.

Diastasis recti - What kind of results are you having with the Restore Your Goddess Belly workout?

Forum:

I am a skinny woman with a really big "mummy tummy" (right around my belly button area). I have always thought it was only due to diastasis recti. But after watching Christine's new "Restore Your Goddess Belly" program, I think I understand that it can be that PLUS other muscle issues. (I'm a slow learner I guess, because I am having a hard time understanding exactly what and need to watch my dvd again!)

How to get better posture when reading in bed

Forum:

I tend to read in bed each night for about an hour, before going to sleep. We keep our house very cold at night (to save money) and I like to wrap up in my many blankets. I find I have a very hard time maintaining a proper WW sitting position. I frequently find myself sliding down into a bad position where I can feel stress in my neck and my tummy bulge more. I prop with two pillows but am wondering if there is something better I can do to stay in position. Will anyone share what works for them? Thank you!

Standing for long periods at work

Forum:

I have a Stage 3 cystocele as well as other prolapses. I have just had a new desk installed at work that raises so that I can stand if I have to at those times when sitting on my prolapse at work is more than I can bear. I am attempting to stay in posture while standing and working. Are there any rules that you are aware of for standing for long periods? Feet in 1st position? One in front of the other? Any suggestions?

To Surviving 60

I know pessaries don't work for a rectocele. The only information here on prolapse I have ever seen is Christine's website and recently I picked this flyer up in my doctor's surgery. That's about it. Prolapse is never talked about anywhere else I know of except on the computer. Why? I suppose prolapse is not a so called 'nice' subject to talk about by the Medical Profession and yet apparently hundreds of women suffer from it. I try to follow Christine's ideas. It's a difficult problem.

Bladder prolapse after botox injections into the pelvis

Has anyone had bladder prolapse after having botox injections into the groin. I had bad pelvic floor dysfunciton and several months of pt my doctor says lets try botox. It has actually helped but now i am guessing since everything has relaxed in the pelvis my bladder after 2 weeks has fallen. It is not protuding out of the vagina but it has fallen where i can feel it and see it. It is creeping me out, not sure what to do. My doctor says pessary device or surgery. I am not feeling either one. I have had a hysterectomy years ago so I dont know if this whole woman program will work.

?

Not sure where to post this question, but is there a way I can just pull up Christine's posts and any responses she has made on others posts?

Lower back pain

Forum:

I've found that when I walk in the WW posture with my lower belly relaxed, head correctly positioned and chest lifted my prolapse symptoms are greatly reduced however I've been having a problem with lower back pain. I am not forcing my abdomen forward but rather keeping it relaxed. I am able to alleviate the back ache greatly when I tighten my thighs and buttocks. My problem is that I'm having difficulty keeping my abdomen relaxed while at the same time tightening my thigh and gluteus max muscles. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.

Great improving in evacuating

I just want to tell, that after suffering from evacuating problems for years, I finally managed to catch the whole women evacuating posture with success. Evacuating is not a problem for me anymore. I would like to encourage all women with bad rectocele not to give up trying, bacause for me it didn't work at the begining, but I didn't give up trying and after that my thighs and bottom strenghtened one day I was suddenly able to evacuate easily, and since then I have been able to do so even when the stool is hard. For me evacuating was a great fear every day and now I am free again.
