Is this a urethral problem?

Hi, it's me again. Just wondering where my new symptoms are coming from--in which I feel like a very small amount of urine has escaped AFTER I'm all done in the bathroom. As I said in a previous post, I am having pelvic floor PT and it appears that the frequency of more significant urine loss has gone down (still happens sometimes, though). I walk around feeling wet frequently, but it isn't enough urine to moisten a mini-pad.

she's here!

our little granolagirl got here early thurs morning
labor started (finally!) at about 11, but I waited until 12 to be sure before I woke dh and he called doula and mw, only because of what happened last time (MW didn't make it in time). I still thought it was too early to call.

hello ladies!

Hi everyone!
I haven't been here in a long time...but that is not because you all haven't been on my mind. I have been intending to write about my story, since it is an encouraging one(and I am still doing well!)...Just now I saw this article in today's Huffington Post and wanted to share it...not because it is such a great article, but because I was pleasantly surprised to see the topic of prolapse so openly talked about in a major news publication!

On AOL homepage a personal story

I thought I'd post this here so you, my friends, could read this. Now - this woman did have surgery and is somewhat advocating for surgery - that is NOT what I want you to notice when you read this. What I want you to notice is that is was highlighted on the AOL homepage when I went there this morning to check my email. This is the type of stuff that will hopefully bring our society to "unmask" this horrible secret. Now, the challenge still remains of shifting the "correction" away from surgery. Just wanted to let you all know this story was out there.

Ovulation and symptom question

So I have read that some women become more symptomatic during ovulation...and it seems that I am one of them. I am only 1 year post prolapse (I know it is a lot for someone, but I think it takes time to dig deeper into this POP knowledge), and I have more good days than bad. So I had a chance to realize the ovulation=bad day (or 2) thing.

Anyone here with me? Just need to hear some experiences, suggestions...ehh, I just need to know I am not alone, YKWIM? lol

Liv

Hello, Newbie here with questions

I'm 30yrs old and I have a rectocele. That's pretty much to the point eh?

Surgery: why not?

Well, I have several friends asking me why I don't just have "the surgery" done to fix my cystocele. They tell me that I'll get it done when I can't stand living with this anymore. I explain that I am not anti-surgery in general, at all. But the failure rates and complications of cystocele repair leave me very reluctant to go that route.

OT: trouble posting -anybody else??

this very well could be trouble with my pc, but thought I'd ask
everytime I click on a thread I have to retype my username and password.
this new nuisance started a few days ago.
anyone else?

Cystocele questions

Hello!

How uplifting and encouraging it is to have this forum!!

I had a baby 8 weeks ago and now been diagnosed with mild cystocele. So scared. Can not relax my abs or pelvic mussels - scared that cystocele will progress further and eventually everything will drop on the floor. Awful. After reading so many forums in here my mind understands that i have to be patient and there is a chance situation will improve etc but sometimes my thoughts just run and i can not stop the panic... :(
