Question on exercise?

Well, I'm in my process with progress up and down. I've started walking again at a lake next to my home - it's so healing. Now, I'm thinking a bicycle ride - nothing hardcore - I have a 6 speed cruiser - Any input here? I suppose if I can do the WW posture as I ride, which I might be able to do, it could be ok? Help! Can't find my cervix!

Not sure whether this is the right forum, so apologies if it isn't. Over the last week I've been experiencing slightly different symptoms from the usual rectocele ones (that I only get occasionally,thanks to this site/book), rather variable but basically bladderish with a little bit of cystitis. Last night I thought I'd have a feel inside and couldn't find my cervix, rather alarming. If I squat I think that I can just about touch the very tip, sort of wedged against the back wall of my vagina.

I'm just starting with the new very wonderful DVD and book, have been doing the firebreathing etc and feel much more supple and strong after just a few dayss. Hi. New Member. Questions

Hi! I'm a new user, and I just received The Whole Woman book.
I shall be asking a series of short questions as I go through the book......
My apoliogies if these questions have already been asked, but as I mentioned, they are new for me.
I haven't had time yet to look through the exercise portion of the book, but I don't have a baare.

1) It's okay, isn't it, to substitute a chair for the barre?

2)I normally go the gym once a day. That works for me.
How often do you suggest I practice the exercises, and how many exercises?
Once a day? Several times a week?

What should I expect?

Looks like I need to have my colon & rectum removed due to aggravating circumstances with Crohns disease & precancerous lesions. I'm more concerned about my pelvic organs & what to expect following this surgery. Any Advice? I already have a uterine prolapse & a cystocele.

not sure which forum to put this, but I figure it fits here.
as you may know, I'm currently pg with our surprise baby. while I love a good surprise, I'd rather not have any more such surprises. dh is wondering why I'm so resistant to an IUD, but after a bit of googling I learned that you cant do mayan massage or nauli with an IUD in place. and I cannot, will not give up my ability to manage my prolapses, so there goes that.
now we're thinking (or I am, once I know enough I'll have to sell it to dh) about natural family planning.

I promiss I tried really hard to build a smaller baby! She arrived April 30th at home 11:56am. Piper Aleighn is big and beautiful!

All throughout my pregnancy I was POP free. Even before I got pregnant, I went from a stage 4 to noticing nothing wrong or out of place. It is a true mirical.
