Medical Marijuana?

Forum:

Hi All, I just want to ask if anyone ever tried using medical cannabis as an alternative meds? I have read many articles about medical marijuana and how it can help you in terms of chronic pain, glaucoma, eating disorder/anorexia, anxiety disorders and panic attacks, inflammation, even cancer and a lot more. Like this article about a marijuana strain blackwater from [link removed]. Cbd and thc are also new to me and I don't even smoke. If this is true I cant find any solid conclusive evidence that speaks to its efficacy. Any personal experience or testimonial would be highly appreciated.

Cervix....how mobile is it?!

I have been working on my whole woman exercises and posture and have another video on the way (takes FOREVER because we only get mail here once a week) and I am really noticing strange things now that I'm paying attention. My cervix. How is it moving so much?! Sometimes it's up, tucked into my left side....and then a couple hours later it's moved. I'm wondering if this movement can affect my rectocele? Why is it moving so much? I'm just curious...isn't it attached somewhere? I was told my a German dr that I have a flipped uterus and that I might need surgery.

sitz baths

Each day when I wake, one of the first things I think of is my uterus............the second is food..
all of you help me so much with your suggestions, so I have something I find helpful that I would like to suggest.

New member - any help much appreciated.

Hello Everyone, I've just come across Christine's work and this forum and I'm hoping that you can give me some advice to help me on my road to recovery. I've been recently diagnosed with stage 2 cystocele and rectocele, plus the start of uterine prolapse. While I realise that things could be far worse and this is not a terminal illness, and I'm trying to take comfort in that fact. I'm nonetheless extremely distressed and my emotions are all over the place, and I feel everything from disbelief to devastation, panic, fear, dread, anger, frustration, depression etc. etc.

What to focus on when doing the exercises?

Forum:

A few years ago i got the Saving the whole woman plus several dvds. I adopted a few procedures but left it there. I'm so used to focusing on my stomach muscles when doing nearly everything (even when slicing bread!) - having been advised to do this because of 'weak lower' back and hips moving out of alignment etc. Hardly surprisingly, my prolapse has been getting worse - even though i was aware, i wasn't taking much notice :( Now, I must!

figuring out this posture!!

Forum:

Hello. I am very new here. I have been reading what you wonderful ladies have to say about prolapse for the last few weeks, and I have purchased the WW starter kit, book, and a few other items. I am now into the hundreds of dollars at WW, so I guess I am committed! I am learning so much from Christine Kent and am a bit appalled by how little I knew. I think all of this could have been prevented had I known what I do now. WW info is going to be my go-to baby shower gift from now on!

CLITEROL ORGASMS

THIS IS PROBABLY A SILL QUESTION: SINCE I HAVE A UTERINE PROLAPSE IN MY VAGINA WE ARE NOT ABLE TO HAVE INTERCOURSE.....AND MY HUSBAND IS OKAY WITH JUST SLEEPING...BUT I WAS WONDERING IF I HAD A ORGASM FROM MY CLITORUS WOULD THAT MAKE MY PROLAPSE WORSE?
THANK YOU AND I AM SORRY FOR THE BOLDNESS OF THIS.

5 weeks postpartum , rectocele?

I am new to this site and am looking for some advice please, I had my third baby 5 weeks ago after a 10 year gap since my last child , I am now 42. After struggling with constipation the first week after giving birth I noticed what felt like a bulge in my vagina and a general sagging feeling down below . the only way I seemed to be able to pass a bowel motion was by pressing up on the area between my vagina and anus, this has continued to be the case so im taking stool softeners senna and drinking plenty of water to avoid constipation.

uterine prolapse

I haven't written on this site for some time but I have regulary read recent posts, especially those with similar problems to mine. My uterus has been protruding for some time and despite WW posture, yoga DVD and Destination Prolapse-free, I just can't it back into position resting on the pubic bone or even just inside.

Postpartum uterine prolapse

I am currently 2 and a half weeks postpartum. I had a natural vaginal birth which went perfectly however then part of my placenta wouldn't detach and my uterus prolapsed while the midwife was trying to get it out. I ended up having surgery to remove the placenta and they managed to push my uterus back in its place. 3 days later I felt my cervix at the opening of my vagina and it gradually got worse despite bed rest and kegels. At its worst it was about a cm outside of my vaginal opening.
