New to prolapse need advice

Hello:

Changing nappies

Just a thought for all those new mums out there in Wholewomanland.

I had a lot of lower back pain after my second baby, and found that bending over a change table was really uncomfortable. No wonder really, as I was so proud of my small tummy and my butt so tucked under!

Needing information on Rectocele and Cystocele

Hello:

Light from the Darkness

I wrote this on Mother’s Day. My all grown-up beautiful babies came home on Friday to spend the weekend. It was a sweet surprise they had planned with their Dad without my knowing. Anytime they are home, we are centered around them, around our family, as it is with any close family that doesn’t see each other daily.

37 years old with cystocel still reaching for hope...

Hi
Haven't been here in a bit! I had posted about 17 months ago with my questioning what I was physically feeling after the birth of my daughter...it turns out that I had minor cystocel and the comments that were posted were helpful...
here I am again after the birth of my second daughter...she is 8 weeks now...

Bellydance for birth

Hey Earthy Women

Check this out. http://www.bellydanceforbirth.com/. I wish I was having babies again. No! Stupid thought, but this would be so cool. I know Christine is not an ardent fan of bellydance, but there is a lot of philosophy parallel to Wholewoman on this site. If you click on "bellydance for birth" it takes you to a page with some links to short videos. I am so jealous of young women giving birth today. There are so many options.

Has any Member done bellydance in mid and late stages of pregnancy?

Christine, I will be contacting this woman with info about Wholewoman.

Pudendal Nerve Entrapment (neurologia)

Has anyone ever heard of this condition? iF so I would like to know. It has affected my anal area. But the odd part is that i had a proctocolectomy 3 years ago and this pain has just started. I can't sit properly-feels like a golf ball. Please help if anyone knows about this condition.

May I comment? (A male perspective)

Hello-my name is Shambo. I have been a Yoga instructor for twenty-one years and am the founder of YogaHealth. We run 70 classes a week across Australia. It has always been a concern for me that although 85% of our students are female-most Yoga was developed by and for males and the masculine body. I recieved an email from one of my fellow teachers today on this subject and with a link to this site and have registered here but am unable to locate the thread regarding women doing yoga.Maybe someone can direct me...(What! A man asking for directions!?!)

What advice and encouragement can I give?

Hello dear friends! I visit you occasionally without posting, due to the demands of the daily life of homeschooling 3 blessings, practicing law part time, running another business and keeping a home. However, the value that is here is not lost on me! I eagerly await the new dvd.

Baton "wait list"

Is it possible to start a "Baton wait list"??
i try to check the website regularly, but don't know if the batons
have come-and-gone. Maybe there could be a priority "wait list" for people
that have been waiting a while.
i know from their posts that wome women have been waiting longer
than myself for a baton, so it's appropriate they should have the
opportunity to purchase them first...then i would like to get one!
wishing and hoping,
linda
