Birthfit

Forum:

I'm a new member and will post my story soon. I just received and viewed the starter bundle. I've been using birthfit progression exercises 1-4 (google on youtube) and was wondering how they work with the Whole Woman mindset. Should they be a problem with prolapse? Thanks for the advice!

I know this too well

Hello again,

I currently suffer from depression, anxiety and post traumatic syndrome. If you've read any if my posts, then you know I've been and AM going through it.

Before I got married, I had a job...and it felt great to be productive and to help contribute to our finances. Four months after the wedding, i had to leave said job....due to being harrassed. To this day, my marriage nor I have recovered from that. Traumatic situations seem to plague my life...which only sinks me deeper into depression.

Soul 2 Soul

Soul 2 Soul

Rising from its ashes,
claiming victory
over adversity.

Healing with its tears,
cleaning wounds
inflamed with pain.

Living with immortality,
cheating death
every 500 years.

Singing from its soul
composed melodies,
enraptured with praise.

Soaring with its wings,
chasing heavenly skies,
engulfed with spirits

from the past,
which live on
inside the Phoenix
that is You!

How exactly does this work?

I have been reading everything and anything. I am trying to understand how the prolapse works, to ease my mind. What I am afraid of is that the prolapse will always progress. I have a stage 2 Rectocele and I don't really understand how it works still. When you prolapse, does the degree happen in one instance, or has this gradually gotten worse until I finally noticed it. Do most people end up needing surgery? My gyn seemed really uninformed on the subject and I just want to understand so I can move on with my life. I noticed my prolapse 4 years after my last child was born.

Anatomy help please

I know the vagina is not a "black hole" but when I look with mirror standing, I see tissue (like rolls of fat or balls) that fills up the space. I know what my rectocele looks like and I can see it but these are above that . If I use finger to push a little seems like the tissue moves to the front towards bladder. I can also kegel this extra tissue up but it comes right back down…I have used my finger to see if it moves and it does. Seems to be bigger standing and gets smaller in different positions but it is always there. Is this a true prolapse or is this tissue visible for everyone?

New here, placenta didn't fully detach, confused, disappointed.

Hi, I'm new to the forum. I'm 14 months postpartum, to my second child. I've had two planned homebirths, my first an 8hr labour, 9lb13.5oz baby born in water. Was told by GP in UK I had a very slight prolapse following, that would no doubt reverse itself. Second child, fast delivery, 2hr labour, 9lb2oz, but my placenta didn't deliver. I wanted natural births so used various encouraging methods, eventually nearly 2hrs later it delivered, but hadn't detached and pulled out some other part of me. Fairly traumatic. Experienced midwife hadn't ever seen that happen.

Closed vagina with bleeding

Had surgery about 10 yrs ago...
Had a lot of scar tissue, did not have Dr repair again because we are not sexully active.
I was told the bleeding woul stop with hormones, then do not use it will stop on it's own.!It did not I have to use pads 24/7. I cannot use the pad that goes inside because the vagina has a one inch opening. So now there is no Gynurologist on my plan. What the heck do I do?
