Questions and need help

So I was on here a long time ago because I was afraid of prolapse. I adopted the posture and still try to use it but most of my symptoms went away or were just anxiety projections. However, I do have some questions I need clarified.

I'm 24 with no pregnancies. No injury to the area, but I have had IBS and anxiety. I do not strain with BMs, though I have in the past. No other connective tissue weakness. I did used to have bad posture.

Kegals and UTI

Hi anyone reading,

I've had tail bone pain for quite a while now and because of that pain someone suggested it could be prolapse and to look up Christine Kent and her work on whole woman. I still don't know if the tail bone pain is related to a prolapse but because it got me thinking about prolapse I started doing kegals (because that's what we do right...) and I started to notice I had some bladder issues but didn't put it down to the kegals.

Do you have tongue-tie? Does it effect WW from working?

Forum:

Hi Everyone!

Heart disease and hysterectomy

Well, February is "Heart Awareness Month" according to the American Heart Association. It's not even here yet, and I'm already disgusted at the media coverage. Hysterectomy is a HUGE risk factor for women's heart health, especially if the ovaries were removed (and often they will cease to function anyway). This is never discussed.

A well-respected local doctor, a cardiothoracic surgeon, writes a weekly health column in our newspaper. His most recent topic was women's risk for heart attack (focusing on "silent" heart attack). Not one mention of hysterectomy as a risk factor.

Best course to buy

Hi everyone,

I would like to purchase the bundle pack. Is there anywhere in Australia to purchase WW products? Or an online course? With exchange rates and postage costs it adds up. If you had to pick one product, what would you recommend is the best?

Thank you

Is ignorance bliss? Scared.

Hi everyone,

Firstly, I want to say I'm grateful for this forum. So many things women don't know about their bodies and so anything like this is a great benefit to us.

Urinary Incontinence - now is the time!

Only 2 more days to pick up one of the Urinary Incontinence packages at half price! If you don't have this product, this is the time to get it. If you don't have urinary incontinence now, avail yourself of this wisdom and perhaps you never will. It is a win-win for all of us. Your doctor cannot help you; your doctor can only make things worse. If you are a member here, you probably (hopefully!) already know enough to say "no" to drugs and surgeries. That's a great start.....but it isn't enough. Here's the link:

Where to begin?

I'm not sure where to begin---I haven't been able to afford a doctor and found this site today in desperation as a link from Dr. Christiane Northrup while searching for information for what I thought was 'something inside me trying to get out that probably shouldn't be out'. After 5 minutes of reading about 'prolapse', I gladly discovered I was not alone and decided to try this instead of the doc route. I don't have the funds to purchase everything, and have no medical expertise to tell me what's coming out.
