How Long

Body:

Hi Everyone. I am new to this site but have been living with rectocele and entercele for 1 1/2 years. I have trouble with stool getting stuck in the rectocele and not being able to get it out and spinting is not an options for me. I just ordered and received the exercise and posture DVD. Can you tell me, those that have been using it, if it has helped you and how long it has taken. I love the exercises. My doctor wants me to have surgery in February and I just don't want to do that. I had a hysterectomy in 2004 but did not have this problem. I have extreme tailbone pain and gas (not to get graphic). I do try and eat well and take fiber supplements daily. So days are better then others, then I kind of go in remission then I get it back for a month or so and so on. Can you just live with it? Am I in danger if I don't have it repaired. My son is graduating from High School this year and there is so mcu going on that I just don't want to be down or have worry about what I can lift and all the other restricitons. Thank you ladies for your help, I am so glad I found this site.

Tina

I can tell you that I had tail bone pain that was gone about 1 week after starting the posture and new ways of sitting and walking.

hi Tina

wellcome here, i hope you find all the info you need here and go with you're gut instinct on the surgery route, till you find out more.

Christine's book is fantastic in general and the piece's on the varoius surgeries should help you make you're final decision. For me they were so well researched and delivered i cannot imagine any circumstance that would now make me consider the surgery for cele's.

Best Wishes
